What is the cancellation policy?

  1. You can get a full refund if you cancel less than 1 hour after booking confirmation until 2 days before departure
  2. A 5% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel between 1 day to 1 hour before departure
  3. A 10% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel less than 1 hour before departure
  4. A 30% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel after departure until the scheduled arrival time
  5. You can't get a refund if you cancel after the scheduled arrival time
