We took a day trip on the 8:30 PM flight to Barcelona. Since sunset is at 9:30 PM, it feels different from Japan. We departed from Barcelona at 8:45 AM, but for a day trip, it would be better to leave a bit earlier. If possible, I recommend staying overnight in Madrid.
