This hotel was a great choice for my first trip to Pattaya. First, the location is very convenient for new travelers, as it's connected to Terminal 21. Additionally, the staff's hospitality, the cleanliness of the environment, and the breakfast quality were all excellent. I knew the hotel had a water park and other activities available, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy them during my stay. I hope to next time!

Great value! We came during the low season, and it was 46xx per night. My daughter loved it.

Overall, it's good. However, every time a neighboring room opens or closes their door, I feel a jolt, which disturbs my rest. This should be addressed. Breakfast: Very good, with a wide variety. Dim sum should be improved as it wasn't hot.

The hotel is close to T21, but not super convenient. The swimming pool is excellent! 👍🏻 The room was generally good. 👍🏻 However, at checkout, there might have been too many people, and the hotel staff couldn't handle it. I was clearly waiting in line, but when it was my turn, someone from behind just dropped off their room card, and they were helped first, as if I wasn't even there. There were 2-3 staff members at the time. 😅😅😅 This was quite disappointing.

The breakfast was varied and delicious, the hotel staff were friendly, and the surrounding area was excellent. It was convenient to shop at T21 downstairs, and the night market next door was open every day! It was also a quick walk to get a massage! Highly recommended. I've also stayed at Space Hotel, but I recommend this one more in comparison.

The overall service attitude at the hotel is excellent, with very welcoming staff, complete facilities, and a wide variety of food at the breakfast buffet.

Clean and good rooms, near to Terminal 21 and Central Pattaya beach (almost everything you will need is accessible!), and the receptionists at the hotel are really nice and helpful.
