This activity is divided into two parts. To be honest, the itinerary was very good, the only drawback was that the meeting points given were wrong. I asked questions to the online customer service before departure but they didn't answer. I could still find Alhambra in the morning, but the other party called me and told me the correct location. The meeting point for the afternoon at Albaicín was totally wrong. When I was about to give up, the travel agency called me and told me the correct meeting point, "Plaza Isabel la Catolica, centro Granada". I hope you can update the content of the activities. It is convenient for tourists behind to find the meeting point correctly.

Meeting point is at the visitor centre 2nd floor away from the entrance. Need a little help as there were different groups. We were equip with radio with earpiece for €1 to listen to our guide clearly. Our guide, Andy was patient and very accomodative. We had fun exploring Alhambra

the trip.is long and journey time one way is 2.5 hrs hence trip should start early atleast by 8am. also there is a need to get passport or any national.id with pic which is not mentioned anywhere and hence can create issues though the authority were gracious to let us enter the palace with scanned copy but it was also a surprise as it's no .mentioned in any email or klook app. The guide from Malaga was good but his English language could be better and more warm and humorous than a strict person. The guide in Alhambra was good overall trip worth doing a lot of walking through the day at granada town and alambara...be prepared

The Alhambra and Generalife guided tour is a must for travelers who'd like to learn the history of the place. The guide explained the details very well. We were also given time to explore the place on our own.

On October 17th, we toured as a group of about 15 people, with a schedule that started at 9 AM and ended at 12 PM. The English-speaking guide's explanations were in very easy English, making it easy to understand, and were so detailed that each spot was fascinating. It was very interesting to hear the specific explanations about the historical background, the relationship with neighboring countries, and the influence of different religions. The Summer Palace was so great that I visited it twice. We walked almost 15,000 steps in one day, and toured the Alhambra again after re-entry was allowed. The Alhambra at night was the highlight of the trip. Thank you again to the guide.
