Great illumination experience in Biei and Furano. The tour was a small group which made it feel exclusive and well organized. Everything ran smoothly, even in the freezing weather. Our guide, Arafat, was very friendly and loved sharing stories, making the journey even more memorable 😊

If I could give 10 stars to Joe and the driver, I absolutely would. I’ve been on many tours in Japan and in other countries, but Joe and the driver are on another level when it comes to taking care of their guests. Joe is incredibly kind, very informative, and always made sure we were satisfied — from the tour experience to the food. He really goes the extra mile to ensure everyone is comfortable and happy. The lunch was super delicious too! Truly a 10-star experience. Highly recommended!
