The front desk staff has a good service attitude. The hotel facilities are 10 points perfect. The room is 10 points clean. The living environment is comfortable and you will never want to leave.

The location is very convenient. You can see the hotel as soon as you exit Nanshan Book City Exit C. There is a Japanese street nearby with many Japanese restaurants to choose from. The hotel is large, clean and tidy.

Once I got to the front desk they upgraded the room for me to delay check-out until two o'clock in the hotel missing a shirt they helped me keep very good service 🫶🏻

The location of this hotel is very good. It is about a 5-minute walk from Exit A of Shenzhen Metro Taoyuan Station. There is a 7-11 on the corner downstairs of the hotel. There are many banks next to the 7-11, and next to the bank there is a 24-hour bath center "Aqila". There is a shopping mall about a 2-minute walk away, with a lot of delicious food to eat, including chain stores such as "Burger King", "Meet Xiaomian", "Starbucks", "Luckin Coffee"... etc. The hotel counter staff is very friendly, the room is clean and comfortable, the shower water pressure is sufficient, and it is very comfortable to bathe. The overall feeling is very good. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance to come to Shenzhen.

Exit D of Shenzhen University, the hotel elevator entrance is in front of you and you can go straight up to the hotel lobby on the 46th floor. It is very convenient to shop and eat near Mixc World. The hotel is very complete in all aspects. The room design is stylish and elegant, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and open views. The TV can watch Hong Kong Jade Pearl. The swimming pool and gym are located on the top floor, which is almost a panoramic view. It feels comfortable on the top of the high building and can spend most of the day. The breakfast selection is average but the environment is comfortable. The waiters are very polite. I will definitely stay again

Tony at the front desk is handsome and friendly. The swimming pool is excellent, the view is excellent. This is my favorite Crowne Plaza among the three hotels I have stayed in Shenzhen. I will definitely come back next time. Thanks to the manager for upgrading us to the lounge.
