Our driver and tour guide, Gyu-Yeong Jeon, was very professional. He took me to better spots to photograph Yufuin and the Jumonjibaru Observatory. He also proactively offered to take photos and even picked me up from Tatsumaki Jigoku (Tornado Hell) because the bus was taking too long to return to the Umi Jigoku (Sea Hell) parking lot.

Let me start by saying, "Highly recommended!" The overall visiting experience was great! The itinerary was rich, and we traveled in a small bus. Our guide, Ms. Mao, was very kind and explained everything carefully at each stop, recommending must-try local delicacies. The itinerary wasn't just about visiting places, but about understanding the history behind them. I think it's information that regular tourists wouldn't normally search for. Also, compared to other forms of transportation, you don't have to walk to the tourist spots yourself or buy your own tickets. I will definitely choose to buy a day trip itinerary again next time! I really loved our guide, Ms. Mao, today.💗

We enjoyed our trip to Kamishikimi Kumanoimasu Shrine
,Mount aso and Kusenrigahama very much. Thanks to our driver Hugo who made our trip very pleasant. He picked us up from the hotel on time, and managed the time well so that we did not go overtime at the end of the day. The restaurant recommended by Hugo is also very nice. Additional fees needed for carpark and toll fees are less than 10000 yen.

Our tour guide Selina Sun was very energetic and friendly, personally leading our group to the relevant attractions. The attractions themselves were very rich and diverse, and the arrangements were very appropriate, thoughtful, and considerate, worthy of praise.

Today's tour was really fun. I was worried because the weather was cloudy in the morning, but it gradually cleared up, so I took a lot of great pictures. First, I went to the Umi Jigoku (sea hell), then the safari, and finally to Kawakami in Yufuin-cho. Kodama Rikuto's explanation was perfect, and the English explanation was easy to understand. He explained Umi Jigoku in detail, and at the safari, I was even able to see the cheetah, which is usually inside its enclosure. I was also very grateful that he sent Korean explanations of the origin and disasters of Kawakami in Yufuin-cho separately via KakaoTalk to the Koreans. He was a really great guide. Thank you. Thank you for sending me the restaurant you know via KakaoTalk at the end. I won't spread the word. 😆😆😆😆

My wife and I had a wonderful day of Yufuin and Beppu day trip. We explored the beautiful scenery, sampled local delicacies and soaked feet in the hot springs, very relaxed. Our tour guide is Hedy. She is friendly and helpful. She was really beneficial to us. She gave historical background and suggested a good selection of delicious foods to try. At every stop, She would remind us to use the restroom.

Booking through Klook eliminates the hassle of trying to snag tickets online for the Yufuin no Mori scenic train. Plus, taking a tour bus directly to Kyushu Natural Animal Park is much easier than renting a car. Our tour guide, Lily, was fantastic – attentive, providing insightful commentary, and sharing travel tips for Japan. Highly recommended!
