★★★★★ Great Location and Outstanding Service
Fantastic hotel in the heart of Westminster. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a perfect location for exploring London. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The location is very good - I picked this place as it is near Palace Theatre for Harry Potter Cursed Child Play

Although the lights weren't working upon check-in, the maintenance department followed up very quickly. Later, the circuit breaker tripped, which I believe is a local UK power load issue. Overall, the air conditioning was sufficient, it was clean, there was no musty smell, and the staff were proactive and enthusiastic.

No daily necessities are provided, only have a hair dryer and personal hygiene products.

12 minute walk from King’s Cross station although it felt like a lifetime in this heatwave. Hotel doesn’t have air conditioning but they did provide a fan. Breakfast was ok, but no fried eggs but a ton of scrambled instead. Sausages weren’t the best and stay away from the orange juice, very weak. Apple juice was good though.
