The room was simple and clean, and the location was excellent. One night, I went to the rooftop and saw the moon and beautiful mountain views. There are two or three convenience stores downstairs, as well as restaurants I'd recommend. Across the street, there's Kyochon Chicken, and it's also convenient for ordering delivery. We didn't encounter any staff during our stay, which was quite nice for introverted people. However, we didn't receive the access code before our stay. We had to proactively search online for the hotel's email address and send them an email, and only then did they reply. This is something to be aware of. Alternatively, it would be helpful if the booking information could provide the hotel's email address instead of just a phone number.

Location is prime (near the metro), seamless and contactless check in/out. fast response from customer service 24/7. Rooms are clean and spacious. Amenities are good, its a bang for your buck. definitely recommended!

I was initially worried that the hotel might not have received the booking made through the platform. After searching for a long time, I found the hotel's Line and email, and I felt much more relieved after confirming with them that they received the reservation! Upon arrival, although there was no Chinese-speaking front desk staff, we were able to successfully understand everything and check in using a translator. The room was very large, just like in the photos. There was plenty of room to open two large suitcases. We also asked the hotel to help us order fried chicken in the evening, and we are very grateful that they provided this service, which allowed us to enjoy delicious fried chicken despite our very limited time!

A hotel where we made great memories with the kids and had a relaxing, comfortable stay... A great hotel, except for the sink's water hose bursting so that only hot water came out.

All the small hotels near the bustling area on the west side are similar, but this area is more complex. The rooms are large, but they are not cleaned during your stay. There's a fair amount of dust on the walls and counters. The air conditioning has a bit of an odor when turned on, but overall, it's still acceptable.

The staff was very helpful, gave us many restaurants suggestions with photos and descriptions all translated into English, even color coded them to breakfast and dinner. Maps of the bus/subway lines and stores near by, making everything easier for us as foreignes. Hands down one of the best host!

I booked this hotel for a BTS concert. Originally, I had booked a different hotel, but as the date approached, I re-evaluated my options. I found this hotel, which is a 1-minute walk from the station, is eligible for ZIMCARRY luggage transport, has good access to the airport, and was reasonably priced with good reviews, so I rebooked here. The front desk staff provided assistance in Japanese, and I also received a complimentary breakfast voucher, drinks, and a face mask. The room was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The refrigerator contained mineral water, and when I stayed for two nights without housekeeping, fresh towels and additional water were left outside my door on the second day. My only minor concern was that the room was a bit dim, and the sensor light near the entrance turned off too quickly, but otherwise, I was very satisfied. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious items. I would like to stay here again when I visit Busan.

The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, which, while not extensive, features some variety each day. Its location is convenient, being about a 6-8 minute walk from Seomyeon subway station. This area is a "sleepless city," perfect for evening strolls and shopping.

The location is a bit far from the nearest exit of Seomyeon Station, about a ten-minute walk or more. The room decor is nice, but the lighting around the mirror is too dim. The mattress is very uncomfortable; you'll wake up with a sore back. The main advantage is the large bathtub. However, for the price, there's not much to complain about.
