I recently did an eyelash perm here and I’m so happy with the results. The staff named Ms. Choi, her technic skills was very gentle and professional, the whole process was comfortable, and my lashes now look naturally lifted and make my eyes look so much more awake. The salon is clean, relaxing, and they explained every step clearly so I felt very at ease. I’ve already received lots of compliments on my lashes and will definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends.

Rina is very friendly and easygoing. She not only provides services within the product, but also carefully answers our other questions, such as asking for directions, etc. 🥰 In terms of service, she can professionally introduce the products used, techniques, and results achieved, and she also sent me a detailed product usage letter afterwards.

They provided personalised advice on clothing styles that suit me, recommended skincare products and beauty treatments, and even offered recommendations and tips for my trip in Korea. The studio itself was cosy and welcoming, and the one-on-one consultation ensured a comfortable and private experience. What truly stood out was their genuine hospitality. They proactively checked in on me during my stay to see how I was doing, which made the experience feel very personal and thoughtful. The teachers are all very patient, and the translator was also very kind! From the beginning, they used skin tone detection to help determine the yellow/red undertone ratio and brightness of your skin to advise on foundation shade selection. Then, they assessed body shape to recommend suitable clothing. They also provided suggestions based on existing outfits. Next was the color season analysis, and since it was Program 2, there was also a makeup demonstration. After the makeup, there was a fragrance session, and they provided the demonstrated makeup products for you to photograph. If Olive Young didn't sell a product, there were existing items available for purchase on the second floor, which was very thoughtful. Overall, the results were largely consistent with my initial guesses, except for the unexpected discovery that large sleeves and fuzzy knit cardigans don't suit me. However, upon hearing that I already own many similar jackets, they still offered advice so I could balance my preferences with what suits me.

The results are excellent, the lash artist is meticulous and gentle, and her technique is superb! I recommend her to everyone 🥰

Thank you for making a reservation the night before and helping me the next morning. It was a little hard to find the location, but I was able to find it by asking people around me. The session starts with applying lotion, so I think you only need to do a light skin care. While I was getting my makeup done, I held a hand mirror to check what kind of makeup I was getting. I don't speak much English or Korean, so thank you for using a translator to talk to me every time. I am very satisfied with the makeup that turned out to be Korean-like. After the session, I was able to ask questions and take pictures of what I used in detail. 2-3 hours after the session ended, I received a PDF of the cosmetics I used that day via email. If you can't get the cosmetics you used, you can tell them what to use instead.

The Busan Klook personal color + makeup demonstration experience is super professional, and the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. The translation sister is very kind, and the director also carefully explained each step, which makes people feel very at ease. Although I needed to change the reservation time in the middle, they actively helped coordinate and solve the problem, and the service attitude was very touching. For the makeup part, the appropriate colors are used to actually demonstrate the base makeup, eye makeup, and lip color, while teaching techniques. You can take pictures of the cosmetics recommended by the teacher and directly buy the right makeup without making mistakes after going home.
