The shop is easy to find, and you get to choose your preferred kimono design. I recommend arriving early, as the selection becomes limited later in the day and you might not get your preferred color. The staff are helpful—they assist with dressing and even do your hair. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience in Tokyo!

I’ve worn kimono before, but this experience really stood out. The staff were incredibly careful and detail-oriented, making sure the kimono looked neat and beautiful (very important!). The hairstyling was also amazing~ Everyone was so friendly and gentle, and they gave great advice on both the kimono and hairstyle.

We had a wonderful experience with Wasou Komanchi Kanon during our kimono rental. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive from the moment we arrived. They helped me choose the perfect hairstyle and kimono, and made sure everything fit beautifully and comfortably. I never realized how much effort goes into the dressing process, but they made it smooth and efficient. We also booked a 30mins photography session with them, and the photographer — Yuki was amazing, she guiding us through beautiful spots around Asakusa and helping us capture stunning photos that made the experience even more special.

I had such a lovely time doing the kimono experience with my daughter. When we arrived, we found even prettier kimono options, so we decided to pay a little extra to upgrade — and it was absolutely worth it. This Japan trip has been incredibly fun and memorable, and the staff here were genuinely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

There are various styles of beautiful kimonos and hair accessories to enjoy. The staff were so kind, helpful, and good at performance. They took a few minutes to help you achieve a perfect look. The location of this shop is not far from the Asakusa temple. It’s worth every penny!!

The photographer was so professional. He guided me on how to pose, where to look, and helped me feel relaxed in front of the camera. He also let me check the photos during the shoot to make sure I liked them. The photos turned out so beautiful, and I received them very fast—only one day after!

We made an appointment at 9am in the morning. There were Chinese people in the store who could understand Chinese. Under the guidance of the store clerk, I changed my clothes and chose lace. I realized that I had to wear so many layers of clothes. It was very hot. The store clerk told me to choose a color in sign language. I said I wanted blue. She took a sapphire blue and said in sign language that it might not match my clothes. So I chose pink under her suggestion. During the hair braiding process, I heard the store clerk say "I'm kneeling down~" because my hair is thick and long, which makes it more difficult to braid my hair. Her attitude was very good. Even if I didn't understand the words, I could communicate through yes and no. With sign language, she also explained in advance that I needed to use hairspray and curling irons. Did you agree? But I came with my boyfriend. He didn't experience kimono. There was no place to sit or wait in the store. He accidentally broke in and caused a little trouble.
