Great tour. Wish the waiting tome was longer. The tour guide who was welcoming us and gave us a brifing , Miho San is very kind and caring. The bus is very convenient. The hilltop view is great. Very recommended! Children enjoyed walking and deers were so sweet and cute. The tip that helped us: we walked to carts that sell deer crackers first and took the wakakusa bus right after that.so we could feed deers on top of the hill.

We had a wonderful one-day tour from Osaka to Kyoto and Nara with Harry Qiu from Wish Travel. He arrived promptly, tailored the itinerary to our needs, and gave us time to enjoy Nara and Kyoto at our own pace. We visited Todaiji Temple, Nara Deer Park, Arashiyama Bamboo Forest in Kyoto and the surrounding areas. Harry also accommodated our last-minute request for my daughter to wear a traditional kimono, bringing us to a shop with beautiful options and reasonable prices. Despite our limited time, he found a charming, less-crowded shrine nearby for a memorable photoshoot. His driving was safe and comfortable, and he communicated fluently in English, Chinese, and Japanese. Friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable, Harry made our trip truly special. We highly recommend Harry Qiu to anyone seeking a personalised tour of Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara.

Absolutely loved this tour! Such a fun and well-organised day exploring Nara, Uji and Kyoto. Our guide, Lee, was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience so enjoyable. My mom and I had one of the best tours we’ve taken in Japan, thanks to our tour guide, Nathaniel. Nathaniel is amazing; he is trilingual and fluent in Japanese, English, and Mandarin Chinese. I loved how he introduced all the sights in a fun and easy-to-understand way. I was surprised I still remembered everything he talked about after I got back to the hotel. I wish he could have been my history teacher when I was in school. The timing of this tour was perfect; we avoided the crowds most of the time. We also enjoyed some alone time to walk around, shop a little, and enjoy some street food. I highly recommend this tour when visiting Osaka! Although the meet-up time is early, it is totally worth it!

We were very satisfied with our full-day trip to Nara and Uji, and I must give our guide, Ms. Mori, a five-star rating. She was very professional and friendly, switching seamlessly between English, Chinese, and Japanese throughout the tour. She explained each attraction carefully and patiently, and clearly arranged all the pick-up and drop-off points. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail made us feel very comfortable. I left the group in Uji to go to Kyoto on my own, and Ms. Mori even took me almost all the way to JR Nara Station, which I greatly appreciate! The driver was also very professional, drove smoothly, and helped with our luggage. Thank you! I highly recommend this tour; the pace was relaxed yet fulfilling, and the overall experience was excellent. I truly recommend it to everyone!

Booked this for my family of 6. It was very convenient as we wanted a private transport arrangement with pick up from our hotel. The itinerary was customised based on what we wanted to see which was Nara-Uji- Kyoto all in 10 hours. Had to top up 3000 yen to add Uji + parking/toll fees (separate- it was around 10000yen) but it was worth it! The company contacted us prior to the trip to confirm the itinerary and pick up time. Lunch can be arranged or you can eat at any one of your stops. This trip would never have happened with the usual bus tour as typically it would be just two cities Nara & Kyoto (Uji not included). Driver was very polite throughout but could only speak in Mandarin. Not an issue as we were able to communicate using Google Translate. Driver waited in the car while we took our time to explore and we were not rushed at all. Just need to be mindful that it takes around 1.5hrs back to Osaka city from Kyoto. Our family had the best time. Thank you!

Shine was absolutely phenomenal and incredibly attentive. My cards were stolen on my transfer from Tokyo to Osaka and Shine ensured I still had a great time! Originally I planned on staying put until my flight home but decided to take the two hour walk to the meet up point and I am so glad I did! If I could give more stars I would. As a solo traveler, losing your access to funds is a huge burden. Today, Shine made me completely forget about this. He truly lives up to his name. I highly recommend his tours for solo travelers, families, and everyone in between. Money and time well spent. Infinite thank yous shine. yoshi was a terrific host and tour guide. he was very knowledgeable and also very considerate of my injured daughter who had to transport in a wheelchair. we saw so many wonderful sites and he knew so much detail about each of them. he even recommended a terrific lunch at a beautiful venue. It was a wonderful day.
