cleanliness: Excellent service: staff was friendly, responsive, efficient and kind to helped during my stayed and much thanks for all the staffs. hotel location: very convenient spot to get to city center and close to airport. Recommended to those hijab solo traveler.

Nice hotel and everything went very well! The only minor drawback was the heat; a fan in the room would have been appreciated. Other than that, no complaints, I recommend it!

One of the cheapest option in zurich and it was overall a comfortable stay with good breakfast. Only issue is that the towel is not provided and cost 3CHF to rent. The train station is also down a steep slope which is inconvenient if u have big luggage. Otherwise a value for money stay.

Great location! Very near Switzerland Tours agent and Train/Bus station. Very easy to retrieve the key.

Overall, it's very convenient. While it's a bit of a distance from the station, it's not inconvenient to pull luggage. Be careful if you need to store luggage; there are very few and small spaces, and anything over 26 inches won't fit. Early check-in with luggage storage costs 50 Swiss Francs.
