location is good with spaceous rooom and a super nice mattress. Avanti mall is just next to it, good for shopping

The hotel has a large bath for hot springs, and you can make your own matcha for breakfast. It's a great experience. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to Kyoto Station.

The staff was very attentive, and the breakfast food and drink selection was quite extensive. It's a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station. The smoking room is very small, only fits two people. There are only two washing machines. I saw a woman waiting 15 minutes for one to finish so they wouldn't take her spot.

The hotel is definitely value for money—close to Kyoto Station and kombinis, making it easy to get around. The local staff were very accommodating. I loved that the room was clean and you could easily grab your favourite toiletries. Would stay here again! Great breakfast too.

Except for the distance from the station, the other experiences are great. There is a delicious skewers restaurant next door. There is a large supermarket in about 10 minutes. The room is beautiful and comfortable.
