Great hotel with excellent service! The onsen was so relaxing. Dinner was fantastic, and breakfast was good too. The room was okay, not too big but not too small.

A fantastic vacation experience! Highly recommend the club private hot spring room. The pick-up and drop-off service was great, it's a shame it's only available in Sapporo and not Hakodate. It was a little crowded, but the hotel pays great attention to detail! Will definitely come back!

Coming to Lake Toya for the first time and choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision. With the buffet and the fireworks show in the evening, it's a very chill trip.

It's only two stories. The double rooms on the first floor have a balcony, but the windows are small. The second floor has large windows, but they can't be opened. We went in late September/early October, and the room was full of insects that looked like fungus gnats (not sure what they were). It was a nightmare... We caught almost ten in one night. I don't know if we were there to stay or to catch bugs, catching and releasing them as we went...

The environment is top-notch, but I personally found the food to be average, despite the wide variety. I booked a room with a private bath. If you're shy, enjoying the onsen in your room is a good option, but since it's not open-air, it's just okay. What I appreciated most was the ryokan's open-air onsen. The baths are separated by gender, and when I went in the morning, there was nobody there. I had the whole place to myself! 👍

Hotel staff were all very friendly and attentive. The lobby was very luxurious and you will have a welcome drink and snack while you wait for check in. If you are not staying in the suite, you have to park your car at another carpark, but 24/7 shuttle access will be provided. Buffet dinner and breakfast were great. However, the room is very stuffy, aircon isn’t very strong. Overall still a good stay for the fireworks.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to the MRT station. The rooms are clean and tidy, offering a comfortable space with soft and cozy beds. The service staff are friendly and polite, ensuring a quick check-in process. The breakfast offers a diverse selection with good flavors. The overall environment is quiet, perfect for relaxation. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.
