Our family of four booked this tour to make special memories during our independent trip, and meeting Guide Kang Hye-ja allowed us to create rich and wonderful experiences. Her clear, concise explanations and relaxed approach made the entire tour enjoyable and filled with laughter. She pinpointed great restaurant recommendations, shopping lists, and photo spots, ensuring we had a productive day without wasting any time. It was great value for money. In Japan, transportation costs alone are no joke, but they provided round-trip bus service, guided us to various places in Korean, gave us tips, and even recommended good restaurants. I went with my parents, and after just eating and doing nothing else, this Kyoto trip was a fun addition to our Osaka trip.

This was a unique and enjoyable experience, especially for animal lovers. The micro pigs were very used to human interaction and seemed comfortable being around visitors. We were not allowed to carry them, but we could gently pet and interact with them. Many of the pigs would simply climb onto our laps and settle down, making the experience feel very natural and relaxing. The staff were friendly and patient, and they did their best to answer my many questions about the pigs and their behaviour. It was interesting learning more about how they are cared for and their personalities. One thing we quickly noticed was that the pigs suckled frequently and seemed to pee quite often, which added to the authenticity of the experience! As a bonus, there is a delicious pancake restaurant located directly below the pig café, making it a great place to enjoy a meal before or after your visit. Overall, a memorable and heartwarming experience that we would recommend to anyone visiting Osaka.

I had an amazing experience at MiPig! The pigs were incredibly cute, friendly, and clearly well cared for. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how to interact with the pigs in a safe and comfortable way.

Our Kyoto trip with Guide Misa-chan was absolutely wonderful. Despite the bad weather, which could have been tiring, she kept our spirits high with her bright energy throughout the tour. During our travels, she not only shared interesting explanations about Kyoto's history but also generously gave us insider tips on local restaurants and cafes perfect for a rainy day. Thanks to her warm guidance, we were able to enjoy the tour even in the rain. Thank you for doing your best to guide us. It was a day where we truly fell in love with the charm of Kyoto.

Thanks to our guide, Shuchan, we had a perfect family trip that we'll never forget! It was our first trip to Japan in a long time, with three generations: my 70-year-old mother, and my two elementary school-aged daughters. I was really worried before we left because of the different age groups and preferences, but carefully comparing many reviews and choosing 'Indigo Travel' was the best decision we made for this trip. It was especially lucky to meet 'Shuchan,' the guide who was in charge of our tour! 1. Delicate, Customized Care That Was Purely Moving Even before the tour, she generously shared invaluable local information she personally created via KakaoTalk, which was incredibly reassuring. Furthermore, we were deeply touched from the start by how meticulously she planned customized itineraries for each family, considering our specific characteristics. 2. Even Travel Time Flew By! Witty Hosting and a Golden Voice I was worried the children might get bored during the rather long bus rides, but my worries were unfounded. Thanks to Guide Shuchan's sweet, clear voice, which delivered entertaining stories about Japan, and her witty games, we laughed so much we didn't even notice how quickly the travel time passed. She is truly the best guide, never allowing a dull moment. 3. My 70-Year-Old Mother and Elementary School Daughters Were All Happy My mother can't walk much and often needs to sit, but thanks to the guide's continuous attention and consideration at each stop, she enjoyed the tour very comfortably without any physical strain. My mother still praises her, saying, "Thanks to Guide Shuchan, I had such a happy trip," and the children also really enjoyed following the guide. From the moment we first met until the very end, we were given a perfectly full day, lacking nothing. We sincerely thank Guide Shuchan and Indigo Travel for creating precious, unforgettable memories for all three generations of our family. We will definitely choose them again for our next trip to Japan. The last song was also touching. Shuchan, always be healthy and happy!

I participated in the Kyoto and Nara one-day bus tour and it was a truly satisfying trip. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to efficiently visit major attractions in a single day, and it was much more comfortable than traveling individually. Our guide, Hyeja Kang, was also very kind and explained the history and culture, which made the trip even more meaningful. The bus was comfortable, and the time management was excellent, allowing us to travel comfortably throughout the entire schedule. There were many great spots for taking photos, perfect for making memories, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kyoto and Nara for the first time. I would love to use this service again if I visit Japan in the future.

Before, I didn't know if I needed a reservation and just waited in line on-site. But this trip was short, so I made a reservation and used it. Soon after, I ordered and paid (when paying, you need to decide what you want to eat/buy!). Then, I was immediately guided to my seat and enjoyed ramen with the cute Chiikawa, Hachiware, and Usagi characters. It was so delightful. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves the Chiikawa characters! If you order a drink, you also get a random card, which is fun! I personally found the ramen delicious, and all the drinks were tasty too. It was so great that I want to visit again next time.
