Renting children's snowsuits and snowboards is very convenient, but sometimes the lines can be a bit long. I suggest controlling the number of people per time slot to avoid excessive waiting times. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Upon arrival, first fill out the equipment rental form to confirm your sizes, then show your Klook order to the counter to receive your equipment and gondola pass (a 500 yen deposit is required).

I tried skiing for the first time. The instructor was very kind and taught me how to fall and get back up on my own, because I fell often... The instructor was patient and taught me slowly. The location is good and easy to get to. There's a direct bus from Sapporo Station, so there's no need to drive.

We highly recommend this tour! From meet-up to the ski resort, smooth transportation (back and forth). The equipments we needed were already ready upon arrival. Our guide is really really good, she really tried her best to teach us first timers in snowboarding; also, she knows when someone is struggling and doubles the effort to teach and help the person. The morning session was more into basic snowboarding training, and in the afternoon was the advance level where we will go to the summit then go down! We're able to play with the snow happily! Thank you very much!

Tour Guide: Coach Caishen (No. 15) was very dedicated and friendly. As a first-time skier, I felt very comfortable with him. He patiently taught us the correct skiing techniques and diligently helped us find solutions. Safety: Absolutely safe, no need to worry about injuries.

Our teacher Arya is very skilled, professional and generally awesome! She was very patient with us and she really taught us how to ski and was very hands on. She helped us get up when we fell down and I was surprised how to strong she was. She took great pics of us as well and we very much enjoyed our skiing day! Thank you so much to all the staff!

The whole experience and process were smooth, hassle-free and wonderful. Once you paid for the booking, the wonderful, friendly and helpful team will reach out to you based on your preference of communication channels. They are a good of friendly, helpful and professional team. Esther and Lilian answered to our questions promptly and provided us all the information needed beforehand. A special shout out to Yun, our instructor for our session. She is very friendly and energetic, she constantly checking on us, asking for our feedbacks and peovide informative input while conducting the lesson. She is friendly, easy-going, patient, experienced and professional instructor. We had a great time with her and wonderful experience with Yun, Esther and Lilian. I highly recommend their service to anyone interested in learning Ski/Snowboarding from beginner to expert level. Definitely value for money! Great job to them!

As complete beginners who had never tried snowboarding before, we were honestly quite nervous at first. However, Xunxun (询询) was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire session. She taught us a lot of useful techniques, from how to control the snowboard to how to protect ourselves when falling.
Beyond just the technical skills, she also provided amazing emotional support, making us feel comfortable and less afraid. Thanks to her encouragement, we were able to truly enjoy the snowboarding experience. 情绪价值满满的！
Overall, it was absolutely worth it for beginners like us. Our trainer was 101% perfect, and we will definitely look for her again the next time we visit Hokkaido 👍
