The reserved room was very clean and spacious. The staff was super accommodating. The best part is that my room had a separate entrance, saving me time when coming and going. The hotel offers excellent accommodations with multiple private onsen for soaking. The stay includes dinner, and the meals are delicious and plentiful. The staff is friendly and helpful, highly recommended!

The hotel is in a remote location, so having your own transportation is essential. The room location is also isolated within the hotel. It would be very difficult for elderly guests with mobility issues to reach the room due to some slopes and outdoor areas.

Free shuttle service is available by reservation. The portion sizes for the all-inclusive (breakfast and dinner) meal plan are quite generous. During our stay, the air conditioning in the Japanese-style hot spring room was malfunctioning. Although the staff on duty in the evening didn't speak English, they were very willing to use translation software to communicate.
