A fruitful trip - day 1 was in Nagano, strawberries picked were extremely huge and sweet, took a nice walk at the wasabi farm and tried their wasabi ice cream as well, then had a decent dinner at Hotel Belle Cour Inomata with modern ryokan-style rooms and an onsen. Day 2 was a full day at the Tateyama Alpine Kurobe Route where we took various forms of transport like trolley buses and cable cars (some of which will cease operation end of 2024), and got to see the snow wall which was crowded with tourists. Do bring sunglasses as the snow can be terribly bright, and dress in layers. Our guide was pleasant, sincere and knowledgeable but could be clearer with his instructions (e.g. many of us didn’t catch key info like where to get lunch on our own). He could speak English/Mandarin fluently. Overall an enjoyable tour and a cool break from the warmer temperatures in the Kansai area in May/June. Would recommend!

This time I participated in the easy go two-day one-day tour on January 12-13, 2025. The itinerary was great. There are two Chinese tour guides, who very thoughtfully introduce the order of shopping at each attraction. On the first day from Nagoya to Takayama City, there were rest stops to use the restroom. The first stop is Gaoshan City for 3 hours. The second stop is Gassho Village for 2 hours. The third stop was WING International Premium Hotel in front of Kanazawa Station. the next day. The first stop is Kanazawa Kenrokuen Garden + Kanazawa Castle Park for 2 hours. The second stop is Omi Town Market for 1.5 hours. The third stop is East Tea House Street for 1.5 hours. It takes 3.5 hours to drive from Kanazawa to Nagoya. In the middle, we stopped at the rest stop "Sonano Plateau SA (上り)".

I had an excellent experience with this company during my trip to Kanazawa. I joined two tours with them: one to the charming historic village of Shirakawa-go, and another around Kanazawa city, including the stunning Kenrokuen Garden and the beautiful Geisha district (Higashi Chaya-gai).
The highlight of both tours was our guide, Yasushi, who provided outstanding service from beginning to end. He was attentive, punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. His detailed explanations, engaging stories, and warm personality made the experience even more memorable.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to explore the region with comfort, excellent organization, and a personal touch that truly enhances the journey!

We had an excellent experience with our guide Sho! He was so very friendly and worked with us to create an itinerary that matched what we wanted to see as well as our culinary interests, since we booked a tour over lunch. We particularly enjoyed sharing a meal with him, as he introduced us to yakiniku!

For participating in this Tateyama Kurobe tour, I would like to thank the tour guide Andy for his professional explanation and careful leadership👍. Always pay attention to the safety of the group members and control of time, and return to Umeda District early. Thank you to the driver and tour guide Andy. Tateyama Kurobe is really beautiful❤️worth visiting! Participating in Klook’s 2 days and 1 night itinerary is the most convenient, straightforward and worthwhile👍. You don’t have to worry about 6 types of transportation to get to Tateyama Kurobe, and there are dedicated people to guide you. Even if you are traveling alone, you don’t have to worry, just join the Klook. All in all, I had a great time this time and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and snow scenery. I will continue to support Klook👍

I loved everything about this tour! Aiko was such a fun tour guide, I loved her energy. What’s great about this tour was how well thought out it was, it didn’t feel overbearing at all! You have the option of choosing a half day tour ton Shirakawa-go or that plus Kanazawa. I did the half day, which was a perfect amount of time (2.5 hours) to explore Shirakawa-go. what’s great is that you can actually decide to pay an additional price for the full day if you decide. Aiko provided detailed info about activities that would be done, as well as videos of what that would look like from previous tours. How efficient! I loved how Aiko had mini pop quizzes about Japan throughout the ride. It made the ride fun and entertaining. I also appreciated how she gave us a map of Shirakawa-go with suggested routes/places to go to make our time there worthwhile. That was honestly so helpful. The day started quite early, and I feel like that was perfect for us to get there early before crowds, especially since we left right when crowds started rolling in. Definitelly well planned and not overbearing at all. one of the best tours I’ve been on, thank you Aiko for the amazing experience!
