Love the experience in Soki. it is a bit of a walk (took us 15mins) from the Kanazawa JR station. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and can communicate in English. I love the breakfast, if you want to experience a Japanese breakfast avail this! you’ll be surprised how filling it is, the fish were delicious but if fish is not your thing, you might want to skip it. The public bath is a lovely but keep in mind it can easily get crowded.

excellent and inexpensive place with super friendly people running things. it’s a great location within walking distance of the main sites. great coffee and their cafe/bar is really cool.
