Things to do in Harukas 300 Observatory

Abeno Harukas Observatory is a must-visit viewpoint in Osaka. Its impressive height offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the entire city, providing an incredibly open vista. On clear days, you can see for miles, and both daytime and nighttime views have their unique charm, with the night view being particularly stunning as the city lights create a spectacular sea of illumination. The observatory boasts a spacious layout with glass designs that ensure an unobstructed view, making it excellent for photography. It never feels cramped, allowing visitors to stroll and admire the scenery at their leisure. There's also a cafe and seating areas inside, where you can relax and enjoy the high-altitude views. Compared to other observatories, Harukas stands out for its height and superior comfort. Crowd control is also managed quite well, contributing to a very pleasant overall experience. While the ticket price might not be the cheapest, it is definitely worth it. Overall, it's a highly recommended attraction. We purchased two-day tickets for our family trip, which included two adults and two elementary school children. Although there isn't a separate child fare for the tickets, we were able to enjoy a classic Osaka trip at a great value, visiting Tsutenkaku Tower, the Tsutenkaku Tower Slider, the Umeda Sky Building Observatory, the Wonder Cruise, and the Osaka Bay Twilight Cruise! Even though it was crowded everywhere during the Obon holiday, it was a great advantage that some locations had dedicated ticket counters for the Rakuyu Pass, allowing us to exchange our tickets without waiting in line to purchase them!

I had such a wonderful time! Gogo Day, Nika-san, your fluent Korean and Chinese skills, along with your detailed and fun explanations, made for a delightful trip to Japan!

Nice and cheap small experience and you get a cool souvenir at the end. The guidance was nice and clear with good English. Don't feel pressured to buy the prenium wood, the starting one also looks great!

Very good workshop and step by step guidance given to complete the activity right from cracking a plate to repairing the crack and making it more beautiful !! the guide was very helpful and patient with me in teaching me. thank you for the experience!!

It was a great experience and a lot of fun. The organizer always made an effort to deliver a great show. You can take great photos of all the billboards to the left and right of the water canal. We really enjoyed it. The booking through Klook was fast and hassle-free. Good directions, everything was top-notch. Thank you.

it was a great way to see the city lights! because it rained, we had to wear raincoats. I think I would buy a more flexible ticket next time to try and avoid the rain :) The music was good and the guides were very friendly

My old coin was easily transformed into a beautiful ring! I made some wonderful memories in Osaka. I participated with my mother, as we always do, and the staff kindly taught us how to make the rings, so we were able to create truly lovely pieces. In addition to ring making, they also offer workshops for chopstick making and Kintsugi (the art of repairing pottery with gold), so I think there are many things to enjoy. The shop was newly opened, bright, and clean, located on the 8th floor of a building with great views, including the Kabuki-za theater. It was a wonderful spot. It was also conveniently located near Namba and Shinsaibashi, making it great for sightseeing. I had no idea there was such a fantastic workshop in Osaka. I highly recommend it to everyone. Next time, I'd like to try Kintsugi. The prices were also very reasonable.
