it was a cool stay.
The hotel staff were friendly and polite, the room was clean and the location is near the train station, Seicomart and Nakajima Park.

The hotel is conveniently located, with the subway station nearby and several convenience stores across the street. The hotel staff provides excellent service. I will stay here again next time.

hotel is walking distance to subway station. very accessible to Sapporo tourist spots. room is clean but there is no house keeping for short stay. it's fine since they give towel and bottled water everyday.

There's also a large public bath, and the room felt spacious enough compared to the business hotels I've stayed at in Tokyo. There's also a Seicomart right in front of the hotel, so it's easy to grab a late-night snack.

I had a great stay at Sapporo Park Hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had plenty of delicious options. The location is perfect, right beside Nakajima Park and just a short walk to the train station, making it very convenient for getting around Sapporo. Highly recommended!

Second stay at Sapporo Park Hotel felt like coming home: warm staff, accommodating service, cozy rooms, great location, comfortable and welcoming throughout our winter trip.

I got lost going here, apparently there are two mystay hotels in nakajima. the Annex (this one) and the other mystay hotel najakima place. so make sure to pin the correct hotel address and name. but overall its a good hotel.
