A very happy hike, the tour guide was humorous and responsible.
Chiang Mai at seven in the morning still carries a slight cool mist.
The guide picked us up promptly at 7 o'clock... Our family of three embarked on a small hiking trip to Doi Inthanon.
Almost everyone in the car was a friend from all over the world.
We chatted softly along the way, like a gentle outdoor English corner.
Unforced, not awkward, comfortable and relaxed.
We walked the K trail.
The mountain road was wrapped in greenery, and the air was so clean that you wanted to take a deep breath.
The guide was humorous and gentle, telling stories about the mountains, forests, and local areas as we walked.
No rigid explanations, just the comfort of listening slowly.
The group members were all exceptionally friendly.
As we walked, we sang songs and chatted together.
Strange but warm, it was the most precious little surprise of the trip.
Along the way, we stopped in a quiet coffee village to drink a cup of mountain coffee.
We climbed to the top to see the vastness of the King and Queen Pagodas.
Finally, we listened to the murmuring sound of the water at the Wachirathan Waterfall.
Nature, culture, scenery, all just right.
The whole ten-hour hike
Not tiring, but full of healing.
Compared to traveling independently,
I prefer this small group rhythm.
No need to rush the itinerary, no need to check the route.
You can meet interesting people and hear different stories.
Peaceful, relaxed, and full of freshness.
The mountains and fields of Chiang Mai really hide too much gentleness.
This day deserves to be remembered well. 🌿
