Hotels near Pileh Lagoon

The beach and view from this hotel were absolutely perfect and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The environment was relaxing and enjoyable, making it a great place for a holiday. The breakfast was buffet style. Although the variety of choices was not very large, it was still good enough to have a satisfying meal before starting the day. The à la carte dinner was slightly disappointing as the pork dish had a bit of a smell. However, I appreciate that the hotel did not charge me for the dish in the end, which showed good service recovery from their side. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Before arriving, I sent an email to confirm my booking but did not receive a reply. Nevertheless, guests do not need to worry too much because the hotel staff will wait for you at Tonsai Pier when your ferry arrives, which made the arrival process smooth and convenient.

Service: The staff were great and very accommodating with my requests. The location is also very convenient and close to everything, especially the pier.
