Convenient transportation, excellent location, warm and efficient service, clean rooms, and a beautiful environment.

Easy to find using maps. Just minutes away from Balsan station. Staff members were courteous. The room was clean. I loved the window designs. I was able to get the room well ventilated. The washer came in very handy too. However I need to mention the inconvenience of having to get up to turn on and off lights. The light switches were not within reach while in bed. Also there was no power outlet in the kitchenette area so water boiling had to be done next to the bed. In general I would recommend this place to anyone who would not mind taking the subway while traveling in Seoul.

The location isn't very convenient. It's only two stops on the airport express to Incheon, but you need to transfer if you're going to Myeongdong. The staff's attitude wasn't great. While I was waiting in line to check in, two Chinese travelers cut in front of me, but the front desk staff didn't react at all and proceeded to serve them.
