The hotel is right next to the subway exit and very close to Ueno JR Station. There's an elevator connecting to a pedestrian bridge that leads directly to it. The interior is clean, and there are many dining options nearby.

Great hotel! Everything from the front desk service to the room size and amenities was excellent. The room was spacious and new, and the front desk staff could communicate in English. It's also not too far to walk to JR Okachimachi, JR Ueno, Keisei Ueno, Ueno Subway Station, Naka-Okachimachi Subway Station, and Ueno-Okachimachi Subway Station.

I've been a long-term guest at this hotel, and this is my first time booking through this platform. The booking process was similar to other hotel booking websites, just as easy to use, and I could also make inquiries, which was very convenient. Breakfast was included, as usual.

The location is on the Yamanote Line. Although it's a 15-minute walk from Nippori Station, the hotel offers self-catering facilities, and best of all, there's a washer and dryer. The toilet is separate, and the refrigerator is quite large. For three travelers, there are three single beds available. Across from the accommodation is a huge supermarket, and there's also a bus stop right outside with direct service to Asakusa. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Convenient transportation: Close to Oedo Line Exit A8, with JR Ueno-Okachimachi Station, Ginza Line Ueno-Hirokoji Station, and Hibiya Line also nearby. Taiwanese staff are available for Chinese communication.

Convenient Transportation: The hotel is super conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from JR Ueno Station. Service: Whether you arrive early or check out, you can store your luggage in the lobby, which is super convenient. The lobby staff are friendly and can speak both Chinese and English. Cleanliness & Room: Tokyo rooms are typically small; you'll definitely need to slide your suitcase under the bed, otherwise there's no aisle. However, the bed was comfortable and didn't cause any itching. Other: The lobby on the first floor provides 24-hour coffee and tea, and most importantly, hot water! You can make instant noodles for a late-night snack. One day it rained, and the hotel even provided free umbrellas!

The location is excellent, just two blocks from Okachimachi, and Hirokoji is right next door. Ueno Station is a five-minute walk, making it convenient for going to the airport or taking the Shinkansen! Although the room is small, it's very clean, and the soundproofing is good. The hotel staff are friendly and kind. There are vending machines, washing machines, and a smoking area. Overall, it's highly recommended! There are no major flaws to complain about!

Affordable, excellent location. The room is more spacious than other hotels in a similar location and price range. The staff provides great service, and there's free breakfast too.
