Our experience with these bus passes were great and definitely worth it for a full day exploring Auckland! All the staff were amazing so kind and helpful especially the man who printed our tickets at the bus stop station in the city and all the drivers we met that day were just as lovely! We had brilliant views everywhere we went and it stopped at the perfect places giving us plenty to do and see on our stay here, would definitely recommend!

At the beginning, I made a wrong meeting point, arrived at the wrong place and exceeded the meeting time. I was worried about missing this long-awaited itinerary. I didn’t expect the tour group to reply to the message immediately and send another car to pick up my friend and me to meet other travel companions in the same group. The tour guide warmly welcomed us and asked us to quickly buy some food and drinks and bring them to the car to enjoy. I am super satisfied with the tour guide's full explanation. The desired drop-off location allows us to complete the entire trip in a comfortable and comfortable way!

The driver was Raymond, and the best Korean-tailored bullet delivery driver👍 If I could speak English well, I think I would have enjoyed Hobbiton and the cave more while listening to the guide's explanation, but I had to go around as I pleased, so it was a little disappointing. The scenery was amazing, and I was satisfied with the pictures I took at every place I went, and the price was much cheaper than other packages, so it was the most satisfying trip. Honestly, I'm not sure if I would go again if I had the chance, but I think I wouldn't regret going at least once.

We were shown around by our tour guide, Huzefa. I was a little worried about the small group tour because I didn't understand much English, but he guided us around very carefully. Even when I didn't understand something, he told me "Don't worry" and I felt very relieved. The tour was very fulfilling and fun. I was so impressed to see the kiwis and glow worms that were our objective! It was a wonderful memory. It will be a memory that I will cherish forever. Thank you very much.

Good experience to learn about the city of Auckland. Tour guides were knowledgeable and very sharing throughout the ride, giving details of parts of the city 👍. Lunch was rather rushed though and ate in the car after packing a pie😊.

He also allowed us to freely choose the attractions in the city we wanted to go to. The cafes and restaurants he recommended were very delicious. This is a day trip worth trying when visiting Auckland. If you are not familiar with Auckland, he can introduce other attractions worth visiting, transportation, restaurants, activities, shopping streets, etc., which is very considerate. Visiting Hobbiton was truly a dream come to life! I've longed to see it, and the reality exceeded all expectations. It was simply magical. I captured countless photos and videos, wanting to preserve every enchanting detail. While photos were limited in the Waitomo and Glowworm Caves, the experience was equally breathtaking – the ethereal glow of the worms was truly unforgettable. Our guide, Pette, was fantastic! He fostered a warm and welcoming atmosphere by having each of us introduce ourselves, a lovely touch that immediately connected our group. The diverse group of 12, including three children, made the tour lively and memorable. Sharing stories and laughter with people from around the world was an unexpected bonus. This tour was a truly special experience.

I booked the tour pretty last minute was wondering if the tour is still happening. to my surprise, they called me in the morning to inform me about the pick up time and that the tour is confirmed. Pick up and drop off at my hotel. It was a fantastic experience. Our driver / tour guide, Michelle, was both attentive and knowledgeable, always making sure to answer questions and provide detailed insights about New Zealand. The tour went smoothly, with everything running on time and organized perfectly. It was a well-rounded experience that made learning about the area enjoyable and engaging. Highly recommended!
