we enjoyed our stay at Taal Vista Hotel. The staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet also has lots of varieties and in the 3 days we were there, the breakfast menu changed quite a bit which was great ws we got to try different food. The room is quite spacious and has a nice mountain view. We’ll probably try the lake view rooms next time. Thank you.

The room is very clean and spacious. It has a pleasant scent both inside and outside the room. The hotel staff are nice and helpful; they assisted us well. We especially enjoyed the heated pool. It's a very kid-friendly hotel. Hotel Casiana surpassed our expectations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Good staff, accommodating, and clean room. Giving it five stars.

We had an incredibly relaxing 1-night stay at Escala Tagaygay to celebrate my husband's birthday! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. Our room was clean and comfortable, featuring a cozy balcony view. They even surprised my husband with a sweet complimentary birthday cake slice on our table, which made his day extra special! breakfast: ⚠️Quick Tip for Guests: Just a heads-up regarding the breakfast buffet. The restaurant has a strict dress code and does not allow sleeping clothes or pajamas in the dining area. Make sure to change into casual attire before heading down for breakfast so you don't run into any issues!

We had such a wonderful stay at the hotel! We were truly touched by the complimentary cakes and the complimentary room upgrade — it made our celebration even more special and memorable. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What impressed us the most was the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and professional. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel valued throughout our stay. Their excellent customer service really stood out. The unlimited buffet breakfast was also absolutely delicious with a great variety of food choices. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our stay extra special. We will definitely come back again, this time with our whole family. Highly recommended! ✨

so far, maganda experience namin sa hotel monticello. accommodating and mababait mga staff, sa lounge and sa buffet. may pa-welcome drinks pa sila while waiting na maka-check in. nagpapacheck in pa sila kahit wala pa 2pm as long as available na yung room. highly recommend this hotel.
