This is a very good tour for you to know more about the places of interests in Kobe. The tour guide Tin is very helpful, gentle, soft spoken and friendly. His command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese is extremely good.

Amazing experience! The Kobe Port Ferris Wheel Hot Spring Night View Day Tour was absolutely wonderful. Our guide, Mathew, was exceptional — friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly, took great care of the group, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The itinerary was well-planned, giving us enough time at each stop, and the night view was truly stunning. The transfer was comfortable and perfectly on schedule. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our guide Ayako was knowledgeable and had great English. She went above and beyond to make our day as seamless as possible and we had a great day exploring the sights of Kobe. The confirmation email received from the company prior to the tour perfectly explained the itinerary for the day and even included photos of where to meet and a photo of our guide. Our only suggestion would be to add the expectation to pay for the guides lunch as an item not covered in the tour cost. While we didn’t mind, it would be good to know this in advance before booking the tour.

This tour is a must if you love city lights and nature. Starting the day at the Herb Gardens was so peaceful, and the ropeway ride up offered some of the best views of the city. We chose the ATOA aquarium stop, which was very "Instagrammable" and unique. Ending the night at the Mt. Rokko observatory was the perfect finale. The city lights stretching all the way to Osaka are something you have to see in person. Our guide was friendly and shared great tips about the area.

I wondered whether it was worth going to the Herb Gardens during winter and definitely it is worth it. It includes the return cable car and entry. We went one way up and walked half way down and took the cable car from half way: The glass house is worth visiting. Even in winter it is was beautiful. There are plenty of gift shops. There is a cafe at the glasshouse with food options so if you don’t like the options at the top of the hill, walk to the cafe.

The Kobe tour is very relaxing and enjoyable. Shout out to our tour guide Joy who was very nice and gave us a glimpse of the history of Kobe. The Kobe Port, the train ride to Mt. Rokko and having coffee in Starbucks which by the way was the first one in the whole of Japan, was worth the trip. Not to mention the Kobe Beef, super delicious!

My sisters and I had a great time with this tour. The time given for each spot is plenty for us to roam and see a lot of beautiful place ans other structures. Yang our tour guide was really awesome. He was able to communicate clearly the history or background of each spot. He gave really good tips and recommendation. He is ready to assist all the time.
