Weather in Normandy region is erratic and it was gloomy during our visit. Nevertheless, Mont Saint Michel was magnificent and worth a visit. Although the journey of 4 hours one way was long, the ride was comfortable with one toilet break in between. Both guides provided great information and were helpful. The lunch place recommended was also good.

Although the starting have some hiccups, but the overall journey is great, the tour even end in time. The guide Mario bring us to very nice spot for pictures, we even sat along for a little picnic lunch. The weather is blessed as well, after we left the rain started. But it is sad that nobody want to go for paddle boat.

However, there were three buses in this trip, and it took some time to wait in line because there were quite a lot of people, but there was still enough time. The tour guide would also count the number of people before starting the bus. It was about 12 o'clock when we arrived at the beautiful Mont Saint-Michel. There is a shuttle bus that can take you from the parking lot to the entrance to save walking time. The stay was 4 hours.

However, the tour bus broke down on the way back, so you had to sit in a park and wait for the travel company to arrange it. The travel company's arrangements were very poor, and it was a long wait. It took 4 hours for another tour bus to take me back to Paris. It was already 2:15 local morning when I got back to Paris. I applied for a full refund but only a small amount was refunded. It was a bad experience this time.
