This is a service I use every time I travel to Japan. It's so great not having to carry, lift, and drag heavy suitcases! There's no need to waste time on the last day picking up luggage from the hotel, allowing me to fully enjoy my Tokyo trip. It was also very useful to send my luggage directly from the airport to the hotel, so I could start my trip right away. Klook is the most affordable, so I use it often!

Extremely satisfied! It really frees up your hands while traveling! You can drop off your luggage at the hotel front desk at 9 AM, and it can be sent to the airport for early pickup. You'll receive notifications for shipping and delivery, and pickup is also very convenient and quick!

Tokyo Mario Kart was such a fun and unique experience! Driving around the city felt exciting, and it was a great way to see Tokyo from a different perspective. The staff were friendly, the briefing was clear, and the whole activity felt well-organised and memorable.

Totally recommend doing having your luggages transferred. You won’t get tired pulling it through the stations and locals won’t hate you for bringing an XL luggage during rush hours. Aiporter service was so smooth and easy I didn’t even have to be there for the hotel pick up. I just left it in the lobby and they emailed me when it got picked ip.

A very nice experience. The cruise was pleasant and the dinner was excellent. I thought there would be a lot of tourists, but no, there were many young Japanese couples. The servers were discreet and very pleasant. They offered to take photos of all the couples.

Dinner and desert was amazing. There was a pianist playing throughout dinner which was lovely. some of the songs were from Disney movies, I enjoyed that. After dinner a saxophonist played music as well, she sounded lovely. It was a wonderful experience with great food !
