Thanks to driver Yamamoto, who braved the heavy snow and took us from Lake Akan to Asahikawa on New Year's Eve in Japan. I was touched! Because the car was booked late and it was the New Year in Japan, the travel agency helped to make an appointment for several days, but there was no car. As a result, the day before, when driver Yamamoto took us to visit the three lakes of Eastern Hokkaido, he heard that we had not booked a car or bought bus tickets, and readily agreed to take us to Asahikawa. Driver Yamamoto was particularly meticulous and friendly during the trip to the three lakes of Eastern Hokkaido. He not only got off the car to play with us and take pictures for us, but also brought bread to feed the swans. When we saw a deer on the road, he braked to remind me to record it quickly. On the way back, we also saw the most beautiful sunset. What a loving old man! Thanks to the travel agency @放心去飞, who responded to my requests these days, actively communicated, and tried to help me arrange the dispatch. The transportation in Eastern Hokkaido is inconvenient. If you have the conditions to drive by yourself, you are recommended to drive by yourself. If you want to charter a car, you must arrange it in advance. The scenery of Hokkaido is beautiful, but I feel the purity and kindness of the people here more. I think this is the meaning of travel! Thanks again to Mr. Yamamoto and @放心去飞, and I wish you a happy new year!

Our tour guide was David and he was amazing!! Gave some insights and recommendations. We were lucky to see Mt. Fuji the whole trip and before we head back it started snowing which was an awesome experience.

Our tour guide Xi was nice, organised and gave good tips during the tour of where to go and what to try. His recommendations were spot on especially the egg pudding in Shiragawa. Get in early to get the original pudding to avoid disappointment. We managed to still get the coffee and custard and they were delicious! It snowed and was magical. Don't forget to wear appropriate footwear as sleet and water can get into your sneakers, otherwise we had the best day!

Highly recommended!!! 5-star service from him. Our first-ever Mt. Fuji tour with him was extremely the best! He's so kind, accommodating, so informative and he even took us some pictures in the Oishi Park which are so great. Most importantly he help us find my lost phone in the Uber taxi we booked going to the meeting location in the morning. It was supposed to be a stressful day for us thinking about my lost phone but so much thanks to him he assisted us in calling the company of the driver we rode the Uber since we can't speak Japanese. And yeah we found it! Can't thank him enough for his assistance and for making this trip a memorable one. Arigato Taiyo Igarashi! All the best! We hope to see you soon!

My Tour Guide was Mandy, she was very friendly and helpful, she speaks fluent English and Mandarin! She offered everyone to take their pictures (she’s very good at taking pictures!!! always say yes!!) Definitely recommend taking a Tour with her. I went on the Tour with the destinations Asahiyama Zoo, White beard waterfall, Ningle Terrace. The Ningle Terrace got canceled and replaced with the Blue Pond, due to weather conditions and limited Bus spots. This can happen any day unexpectedly, the Blue Pond was still nice but since it’s currently winter it was covered with snow and no blue was seen. Overall, happy with the Tour and definitely money worth!! My favorite was the Waterfall and the Penguin Walk at the Zoo!

I'm glad I took this trip instead of DIY. I could imagine the hassle of doing public transport while snowing. Our guide, Tenzo, offered advices so we can maximize our time in each location, which really helped. The penguin walk at the zoo was so cute and adorable. Bus ride was also smooth, thanks to our driver (sorry, forgot his name). I'd recommend this trip if you want to explore a lot of popular areas in one day!

Great experience overall! We were lucky for a clear day to see mt fuji. I liked all the stops on the itinerary and found there was enough time to enjoy each spot! The lunch that was arranged was very tasty and plenty of options to choose from

This tour is everything! Kyoto is beautiful!John was our tour guide, he is very helpful and made sure we’re always good. It was snowing the day of our tour so that made it even better. I would definitely do this tour again around Fall or Summer.
