Gyeongbokgung Palace tours

Our group of four joined the Namsan Valley standard group tour. Since we had foreign friends with us, we chose an English-speaking guide. Our female guide, Anna, was very professional, explained everything clearly, smiled throughout the tour, and was very humorous, making the experience enjoyable. The itinerary included Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bugak Palgakjeong Pavilion, Bukchon Hanok Village, the Korea Ginseng Museum, the War Memorial of Korea, Jogyesa Temple, Tapgol Park, and more. For lunch, she took us to Gwangjang Market to eat delicious Korean pancakes and shop for souvenirs. Finally, at our request, she dropped us off at Seoul Catholic Cathedral, giving us another spot for photos. The tour price was reasonable and included all admission fees and a comfortable air-conditioned mini-bus. If you have limited time during your trip, we highly recommend this one-day tour.

I had a wonderful experience with Stella as my tour guide! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Korea's royal palaces and brought each place to life with her fascinating stories and insights. Seoul City Tour Review: The tour was a great experience and featured some of Seoul’s top attractions. From start to finish, the tour had a dedicated group and a knowledgeable guide who spoke English throughout, which made everything easy to follow. A lower rating on value for money only due to a discrepancy in klook vs other booking sites; I found to be charged almost double the price compared to some who had used tripadvisor; no fault of the tour operators, more so my own for not doing more research—everything about the tour itself ran well, and the team delivered a solid, fairly well-organized day given the 8hr itinerary. A special shout-out goes to Hanki/Eugene, who was great at his job. He stayed upbeat and helpful despite the very hot weather, and his professionalism made the tour better. Overall, I’d recommend the tour for anyone wanting to see major Seoul highlights with a friendly, English-speaking guide. just make sure to compare all options for the best value ;)

We had a wonderful day with Jenny as our tour guide. It was very hot, and the pace of the tour was quite high! Jenny constantly checked to make sure everyone was doing okay in the heat. Thanks to the fast pace of the tour, we were able to see a lot in one day. Definitely recommended!

The tour was amazing! Our guide was knowledgeable, and taught us so much about history! He knew the best picture spots, and was so friendly. Dressing in a hanbok truly enriched our experience! We’re so happy that we chose this tour during our time in South Korea!

It was a very nice day with Mr. Park. He took great care that we were comfortable in the car, anticipated rain and provided umbrellas. He made sure to wait for us in case we needed help with communication. The day was well thought of starting from history in the museum, a nice area for lunch with ample time for a quick shopping before proceeding to the palace. He is well informed that other visitors followed us to listen in. Mr. Park was thoughtful and brought us to the cathedral before letting us try some Korean street food. He made healthy recommendations. Lastly, he ensured that we will not get lost and brought us to where we were meeting family and suggested alternate routes for us to go back to the hotel. It was such a pleasure to learn about Korean culture with Mr. Park
