Purchased the Osaka e-Pass through Klook and it was very useful during our trip around Osaka. It gave us access to several popular attractions while helping us save money compared to buying separate entrance tickets. The pass was easy to activate and convenient to use directly from the Klook app, so there was no need to print anything.
One of the best parts was being able to visit multiple spots in one day without worrying about individual entrance fees. We enjoyed attractions like observatories, river cruises, and museums, which made the trip feel more packed with activities. Instructions for each attraction were also clear and easy to follow.

Amazing! You literally right beside all the animals and we got to see majority of the feeding time for various animals and birds. Never experienced like this before!

10/10 experience! The best souvenir! The instructor is a beautiful young Japanese man with superb English. Lots of different woods to select from. We chose the Japanese Walnut with personalised engraving. The magic truley comes alive once you oil the chopsticks at the end. We will be using them constantly when we are back home 🥰

We had Ayari as our driver and she was wonderful. Very friendly and gave us plenty of time at each stop as well as clear directions for meet up and drop off points. The car was also very clean. I would highly recommend d for an easy day trip from Osaka.

Impressive advantages: The large public bath on the top floor, including the relaxation area outside the bath, is quite spacious. People who like large public baths will enjoy soaking in it. There's a round table for chatting outside the vanity area, and also three electric massage chairs. Disadvantages: It's really cold outside in the winter. The temperature on the day we checked in was between 0 and 5 degrees Celsius, but the central air conditioning's heating is really bad ==. My friend who stayed on the 8th floor said the room was cold, but I stayed on the 6th floor and it was so stuffy that I needed to open the window for ventilation. Breakfast: We added it on, but I don't recommend it.
