Hotel pickup from Phuket(Patong area) was done exactly at 7:05 hrs. The ferry(Ao Nang Princess) took almost 1 hour 45 minutes from Rassada Pier (Phuket) to Nopparat Thara Pier(Krabi). The sea was rough and it was raining on the day of our journey. It was a very good experience. I would recommend to the first time visitors to take a ferry or speedboat instead of bus during travelling from Phuket to Krabi or vice versa.

The female driver from Chic Chic Travel was waiting at the hotel before the scheduled reservation time. The driver was friendly and the driving felt very stable and safe. The vehicle was clean, with chilled water prepared in advance, and there was no cigarette smell from the vehicle or driver, which made for a pleasant journey. Although the driver didn't speak English, there were no communication issues thanks to a translator app, and she apologized each time the traffic was heavy while traveling from Pullman Phuket Nai Thon Beach Hotel to Wat Chalong Temple. Thanks to the considerate driver, the independent travel itinerary in Phuket was great.

The drive from Phuket to Krabi took about three hours each way, but he never once made us feel like we were an inconvenience or that the time was too long. I was very happy for this booking. actually my booking is for 9.30am but due to flight delayed for 2 hours, but I still able to use this ticket for 11.30am bus. the staff for th airport transport is friendly, she will guide you where to stop base on your hotel.

I arrived and redeemed the ticket 30 mins before departure. The staff were good and helpful. The ferry from Koh Tao stopped at Koh Phangan and Koh Samui before proceeded to Donsak Pier at Surat Thani. Took about 3 hours . From there bus was provided to take us to Tapee Pier (1 hour). Overall, very good services and highly recommended.
