Oh my gosh what an incredible experience! I booked this excursion hesitantly, because I LOVE elephants, and don't want to partake in anything that has to do with abusing an animal. I was impressed with the introductory speech Nancy gave, giving us a background on the elephants history, where they're rescued from, appropriate activity and actions around the elephants while we're near them. It was saddening to hear the stories of some of the elephants and what they have been rescued from, but also so heartwarming to see them thriving in an environment where they're clearly loved and cared for. Feeding the elephants was so fun! Each elephant has their own personality, and you can see that through their behavior. I spent the washing time petting them instead, and don't regret any of it for a second. When we come back to Thailand to Chiang Mai, we'll visit their sister locations in the northern part of the location. Thank you Nancy, Eddy, and Mr M! We had a wonderful time!

Excellent service by the Once Phuket Yacht Company. The trip to Similan Islands was very well organized and managed by the guides. They were very helpful throughout the tour. The food was also nice, and plenty of refreshments were available throughout the day. The guides especially made efforts to make us see the turtles swimming inside the ocean. It was a very wonderful experience for all of us.

We were a group of three adults and one child, and overall we had a great experience. You should expect to swim at each stop and really just live in the moment rather than rush through it.
We chose to add the long-tail boat at one of the stops, and it turned out to be the best decision. We spent about 50 minutes there taking photos and swimming, which made the experience feel much more relaxed and special.
The buffet lunch was good—better than what we expected after reading some other reviews.
One thing to be aware of, which is completely out of the tour operator’s control, is that there are many tours happening at the same locations at the same time. It can feel like organised chaos, but that’s something to expect when touring popular spots.
For what you pay (we paid in AUD), the tour is definitely worth it. We had a lovely day and would recommend it.

Overall, I enjoyed the trip. The boat is quite large, accommodating over 70 people. However, there is still ample personal space, which is a positive. The guides were very helpful. While it may not be a luxury boat, it is superior to other average boats due to the personal space it provides. We were fortunate to have a corner where we could lie down and even take a nap after lunch, which was very pleasant. Regarding the cost, it is worth $200, maybe? Klook seems a bit more expensive, so you can book directly by searching for the boat's name. The overall experience was good, and the guides even took complimentary pictures of us. The boat conditions were satisfactory. Overall, it was a fun trip.

Everything was great. Except the constant climb uphill for activities. would have been convenient if they offered a buggy ride to the attraction entrance. the facilitators were experts and safety oriented. food was hot, fresh and tasty. variety of food and activities to spend half day at max. very efficient pick up and drop. highly recommended.

There was a mix-up with the morning pickup service, but it was handled well! ✔ What’s Great
• A wide variety of slides make it enjoyable for all ages, especially the high-speed "Angel's Slides" which are very popular .
• Well-maintained swimming areas for relaxation, such as the wave pool and lazy river  .
• Thorough safety management with a dense deployment of lifeguards  .
• Short wait times for slides.
✖ What’s Not So Great
• Outside food and drinks are prohibited, and many people complain that prices are very high inside. There are many complaints about the refillable water cups costing 100-300 baht    .
A must-visit during your Phuket trip! You won't regret it!

My partner and I really enjoyed our visit to Aquaria Phuket. The aquarium was well-organized, with plenty of fascinating marine life to see. The underwater tunnel was especially impressive and gave us great photo opportunities. A relaxing and fun experience for couples who want to explore something different in Phuket!
