To allow time to visit all our attractions, we recommend that you arrive as early as possible and no later than 1 hour before parade showtime. Kindly note that Kingdom of Lights opens only according to a pre-announced time, which is different from park operating times.

All ticket types also include admission to the park, 7% government tax (VAT) and admission to Kingdom of Lights. In addition, there are many free street and stage shows, parades and live band performances throughout the night. Additional charges apply to some activities such as rides, playground and souvenir photos.

Inside the park are a variety of street shows, parades, activities as well as souvenir and novelty shops that are exclusively provided for the enjoyment of all guests (ticket holders). Only ticket holders may enter the park.

Vegetarian food is available daily and Halal food is also provided daily in a special Muslim-only zone.

To allow time to enjoy your buffet dinner and all attractions, we recommend that guests arrive no later than 90 mins before parade showtime.

The Bird of Paradise Buffet Restaurant, one of the world’s grandest, is itself an experience not to be missed. If you do not wish to have the buffet, there is a luxury set dinner restaurant, an a la carte restaurant, a fast food eatery, drink bars, and several snack booths located inside Carnival Fun Fair that offer tempting alternatives.

Language is not used in the parade show.

We recommend reserving tickets in advance to secure the best seats in the theater. Seating arrangements inside the theater are computerized, ensuring the best available seats on the day of service.

Carnival Magic is located at Kamala Beach, just 10 kilometers away from Patong Beach. Within Phuket, you can use tuk-tuks, taxis, or hotel shuttle services. Alternatively, you can use the "Fantasea" shuttle service for transportation to and from Phuket.

Yes, infants can attend the theater performances, but they must be closely supervised by their parents or guardians.

Carnival Magic has various play areas, but these are specifically designed for children with a height not exceeding 140 cm. Each play session has specific rules and conditions that visitors must strictly adhere to.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the park. However, there is a pet care service provided at the park's front area for temporary accommodation while you enjoy the attractions inside.
