Fantastic 5.0
Our tourguide Marlon was really good with his job, knows about the history of Bohol, gave us some trivias &advices to look for shops which are cheaper than other tourist shops. Took picture of us &was very reliable. The trip was very well organized and didn't have experienced lining in que and waiting long. Every destination was smooth &we had a great time.We booked a private tour for 2. I would love to recommend it to couples who wanted to have an exclusive trips to one of Bohol's tourist spots. I would recommend Mil &Mich Travel &Tours transportaion &Sotera ATV for letting us experience a memoriable tour to one of the private hills, our tourguide was funny&detailed. Took alot of insta shots and even sings (Metallica, Bon Jovi, Linkin park) forgot his name. We went to the viewdeck of chocolate hills, tarzier sanctuary, man-made forest, Baclayon church, Blood compact statue and bought some Bohol's native delicacies on our way back. I would highly recommend this trip to other tourist.

We booked a day tour in Bohol and were so lucky to have Jun as our guide! He was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout the entire trip. As both our guide and driver, he drove safely, organized the itinerary smoothly, and enthusiastically shared stories about Bohol’s local culture and daily life, making the journey even more meaningful. The tour was fantastic, and both Chocolate Hills and the Tarsier Conservation Area are definitely worth visiting! The highlight was Jun’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality, which made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommend this tour and especially Jun! We would love to have him as our guide again if we ever return to Bohol!

We had a great time. Our guide is kind and patient. We chose the private tour and we thought it was an all in tour but entrance fee to python and butterfly not included. but overall we had a good time. Thank you.

Fantastic 5.0
This was a fun tour. We had two different drivers—Sir Alvin in Cebu & Sir PJ in Bohol— both were excellent & very accommodating to our requests. Sir Alvin was friendly and very thoughtful—he even checked in on us after the tour to ask how our day went, which we really appreciated. Sir PJ, our driver in Bohol, was also very engaging. He didn’t just drive us around—he shared interesting historical insights about the places we visited, which made the experience more meaningful. He’s also great at taking tourist photos, which was a nice bonus! PROS: Seamless transfers from our Cebu hotel to the port, then to Bohol, and back. The travel agency was easy to communicate with and provided all driver deets a day before the trip. We got tourist seats. CONS: The ferry travel takes about 2 hours each way (around 4 hours total), which can eat into your tour time. If there are ferry delays—as we experienced—the itinerary may feel a bit rushed.

This was an utterly brilliant day trip. Harvey, our tour guide, was fantastic. The itinerary was flexible, allowing us to visit the Chocolate Hills, enjoy a Loboc River cruise, and explore the Tarsier Sanctuary. We also had the opportunity to go to a monkey sanctuary where we fed the monkeys and saw some rice fields. Harvey provided us with lots of extra information along the way, which helped us learn about the area. We all loved the day and would highly recommend it.

We had the greatest time! The tourist spots we visited, such as the Chocolate Hills and Bohol Tarsier Conservation Area, exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide was not only polite but also very knowledgeable, offering helpful suggestions to enhance our itinerary. While some of the activities involved additional costs, they added so much value and made our Bohol Countryside Tour with Mirrors of the World truly memorable.

Tourist guide and driver is an awesome companion, he is very knowledgeable about the province of Bohol. He gives information very clearly and in details. Learned so much from him regarding the place, the culture, the people, the traditions and the food. So friendly and helpful. The tour package is excellent. Though the rides are long going to the destinations we did not get bored because the guide is an excellent story teller with his tales of Bohol and its people and beautiful places.

What to know before visiting Tagbilaran

What to expect in Tagbilaran

The things-to-do catalogue here is led by Tours, which is the city's single dominant category and covers both entry-level and higher-end organiser options; that concentration makes Tagbilaran a straightforward place to pick activities around guided tours. Demand peaks in January and eases to its quietest in June, so popular dates in January tend to be busier while June bookings are noticeably quieter. Expect the mix to suit travellers who prefer organised sightseeing and island excursions more than a wide spread of independent activity types.

How to choose which activities suit you

The main choice is whether you prioritise budget or variety, and Tours are where that decision plays out most clearly. Tours offer the MYR 45 typical price and also present the city's entry-level and upper-end options, so they suit travellers who want anything from the most affordable way in to more complete packages.

If you want straightforward, predictable pricing, the narrow range in Tours means shopping around gains little because the typical booking centers on MYR 45. Use Tours to fill itinerary gaps or as your primary activity type; mid-range variations tend to be where what’s included differs the most.

When travellers from Malaysia book

Most travellers book around 5 days ahead, while the earliest planners book about 16 days out. Plan on booking one week or less ahead in normal times, but give yourself extra cushion for travel in January when demand is at its peak.

How prices compare across top categories

The table below shows how the city's top activity categories compare on price so you can set a budget before choosing.

Category Typical Price Usual Range
Tours MYR 45 MYR 41 – 85

Typical price is the median paid on Klook; the usual range covers the middle half of bookings, so cheaper and pricier options exist outside it; prices are shown with their currency code. Based on Klook booking data, August 2025 – July 2026.
