It was a great experience and a lot of fun. The organizer always made an effort to deliver a great show. You can take great photos of all the billboards to the left and right of the water canal. We really enjoyed it. The booking through Klook was fast and hassle-free. Good directions, everything was top-notch. Thank you.

All the park staff were very friendly and attentive, especially at the Saido restaurant where I was able to enjoy a gluten-free meal without any issues. It's a shame it was raining, but we still had a great time and the wait times were quite good.

Okay. I felt a bit nauseous after the Harry Potter 4D experience. I was dizzy, but I couldn't miss it. However, I probably won't ride it again next time. Minions was quite fun. I also remember the Jurassic World ride, and Waterworld was memorable; if you sit in the front, you'll get soaked. I waited an hour for the Donkey Kong Express Pass. It seems like you need to go early and have plenty of time. I lost track of time. For food, I had Budae Jjigae outside, and the pizza inside wasn't good. The ice was frozen solid, only five pieces, and it was so hot that the trip was tough. A parasol is a must, and reapply sunscreen frequently. It's probably not great for people who don't like rides; I went because of the kids.

I had planned to get here for sunset but never worked out. Even though it was wet it was a clear view of Osaka on the roof top. I got carried away so didn't get chance to eat a proper meal so was great could get a snack and a sakura ice cream, which was very delicious. To top it off got to wat whilst taking in the view. There is also a souvenir shop and if stamp collecting is part of your trip there is a stamp book in the shop

I did the 2 days Osaka Amazing Pass and it was worth it. I literally didn’t have to pay extra for attractions or metro because it was included. I didn’t have time to go to all the attractions but if I visit Osaka again I will buy it again. I like that the attractions and metro were all part of one thing so it was easy and accessible especially since it was my first time visiting. Also, you got discounts on some attractions such as Don Quijote Oval Ferris Wheel.

Abeno Harukas Observatory is a must-visit viewpoint in Osaka. Its impressive height offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the entire city, providing an incredibly open vista. On clear days, you can see for miles, and both daytime and nighttime views have their unique charm, with the night view being particularly stunning as the city lights create a spectacular sea of illumination. The observatory boasts a spacious layout with glass designs that ensure an unobstructed view, making it excellent for photography. It never feels cramped, allowing visitors to stroll and admire the scenery at their leisure. There's also a cafe and seating areas inside, where you can relax and enjoy the high-altitude views. Compared to other observatories, Harukas stands out for its height and superior comfort. Crowd control is also managed quite well, contributing to a very pleasant overall experience. While the ticket price might not be the cheapest, it is definitely worth it. Overall, it's a highly recommended attraction. If you want to see the most beautiful panoramic views of Osaka, this place will certainly not disappoint!

This is well worth it. Beleive me it was a hot day and last thing is having to line up and wait in a massive Queue. This place gets packed. Great thing if u book/make a reservation you skip these lines. It was a great experience they even had spray machines for you on way up to cool yourself down. They also have souvenir shops inside the castle to buy memorabilia. Its quite a massive space to explore and you get a good glimpse of history and the area is just magnificent to be in. You can also pay for boat trip down the river & other excursions. Wonderful experience.

The ferris wheel is a really fun way to take in city views! Located inside the Hep Five building on the 7th floor. We visited as a couple, usually its x4 people to a capsule but as it wasn't super busy they let us in as a pair in our own capsule which was nice!

This is a very worthwhile pass. I bought it during a 50% off promotion. You can choose 3 attractions to visit, or shopping/restaurant discount coupons. I used mine for 1 attraction and 2 shopping discount coupons. The total regular price of these three items was more than double the cost of the pass I purchased. It's also very convenient to use; just scan the QR code to enter the attractions, no need to queue up again to exchange for tickets.

What to know before visiting Osaka

Top experiences in Osaka through the year

Osaka’s top bookings are dominated by theme parks, followed by attraction passes and observation decks — with historical sites and museums also frequently visited. Demand rises and falls through the year, peaking in 10月 and dipping in 7月, so expect the biggest crowds and busiest booking windows in October.

Best activities for families, couples and solo travellers

Families will find theme parks and attraction passes the natural fit: theme parks offer the widest range of options from entry-level to premium experiences, while attraction passes make visiting multiple highlights easy with kids. Couples often favour observation decks and museums for relaxed, scenic or cultural days out. Solo travellers and small groups can mix historical sites and attraction passes for flexible, lower-priced options that suit budget-minded exploration.

What travellers from Malaysia should book ahead

With an average lead time of around 12 days, most things in Osaka can still be arranged a day or two before, but earlier planners tend to lock in bookings roughly a month ahead — an approach that pays off in the peak month of 10月. If you’re visiting in October, try to reserve popular theme-park dates and any timed-entry attractions well in advance.

How the main categories compare on price and who they suit

Historical sites are the easiest, lowest-cost way into Osaka’s attractions, ideal for budget-conscious sightseers, while observation decks and museums sit at modest mid-range price points for scenic or cultural visitors. Theme parks are the priciest on average and also show the widest spread of options, catering to families and visitors seeking anything from basic entry to premium experiences. Attraction passes offer a mid-priced, convenient option that suits travellers who want to see several highlights without managing separate tickets.
