Absolutely beautiful experience, so much interesting food and the staff were incredibly gracious. Sitting watching the fish jump just relaxing was lovely.

Amazing experience! Friendly, hospitable staff. Clean room with great amenities. Kinosaki itself is an incredible place. I wish we had spent more than a day there. Highly recommend!

The hotel located relatively far from the station but the distant is acceptable .
it's really enjoyable walking around the hotel nearby as i went there just when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom.

very nice experience and staff are all warm and nice. they even gave us a hot towel when we came because it is so cold outside. nice place, 15 mins away from kinosaki onsen.
transport access: near toyooka statio
breakfast: good breakfast, not buffet but we love our food
service: very good service
