The overall process quite smooth. The travel agent contacted us the day before and let us know the pickup point. The driver also proactively liaise us when we arrived at the pickup point. Overall ride is smooth and there's even a wireless charging in the seat. Theres one stop for toilet break and mineral water is provided. Just one small notes: the driver like to speed up so be careful if you have motion sickness.

this was a really great service. we did a 3 day Dalat trip and the driver Kiem was very attentive to our needs. there was always water in the car, various chargers, and he was even ready with a powerbank. he kept the car clean each day. the rides were always smooth and we even got to sleep through it. he was quiet and always ready to help. really quick at responding and always on time. even ahead of time. we had control over all our stops and Kiem didn’t take us to any tourist traps. we appreciated how he helped carry bags, translate our needs, and even organised a hotel booking. would definitely be booking with them again.

The bus departed on time, and the double cabin can fit two passengers. It was quite comfortable, and they also provided free snacks and water for passengers. The driver drove very safely and smoothly, and we arrived in Ho Chi Minh earlier than expected. I would recommend booking a single cabin for more comfort, and I would recommend this bus for traveling. 😎👍

Got to Saigon even faster than predicted. Driver was safe on the road, polite, on-time; and he reached out ahead of time to confirm with us which helped with the anxiety of the whole thing. If you can splurge, I recommend this over sleeper bus!

This was probably the best experience card I've had in Vietnam, and the service was excellent. I communicated everything through the app, and they changed my parking spot time, arranged my seat in advance, and there was even a staff member on-site who spoke Chinese. I was genuinely surprised and very impressed.

Driver does not speak english but he used translator to converse with us. He will inform which stop he was going to bring us before departure. Downside, he stopped at quite distance such as Po Nagar Temple where we need to walk for 5-8mins to the entrance and forth. We have seniors who can’t really walk far though.
