Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm, welcoming, and consistently attentive. They were always ready to assist and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and fully functional, and we experienced zero issues during our visit. All amenities were readily available, and the service was consistently excellent. My recent stay at the Ace Hotel & Suites Water Spa was truly delightful. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The accommodations are spacious and well-appointed, perfect for relaxation after a busy day. One of the standout features of my stay was the breakfast buffet. It was a feast for the senses! The variety offered was impressive, with fresh fruits, pastries, made-to-order omelets, and a selection of local dishes. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. Additionally, the water spa facilities were a fantastic way to unwind. The pools, saunas, and massage services provided a perfect blend of leisure and rejuvenation. Overall, I highly recommend Ace Hotel & Suites Water Spa for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, with exceptional dining and spa experiences. I can't wait to return!

Room is very clean. Staff are accomodating. There are water dispensers on each floor making it convenient to refill anytime. There's also a 7-Eleven located on the first floor. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The room was very spacious and clean. The master bedroom has its own restroom and a tv. There are amenities like refrigerator, microwave, hair blower and iron. The location of the hotel is very convenient since there is a Lawsons branch, 711 and Pan de Manila at the back. There are also lots of restaurants and cafe within walking distance.

The service of employees are great. They are veey welcoming and approachable. From front desk, to bellboy, housekeeping, until restaurant captain waiter. The captain waiter last dec. 5 evening was outstanding! The hotel closed the restaurant for an exlusive event without posting on the website officially and we were celebrating an anniversary, leaving us no option to eat within the hotel, but the captain waiter was able to accommodate us the moment he knew what was happening, gave a us a great spot, service, and food. Breakfast was also great, few options as a buffet but enough to enjoy a simple yet full breakfast. Cleanliness and maybe improved since windows were full of dusts, but all in all, everything was great!

The decision to book Dreamworld was heavily influenced by its proximity to major transportation hubs and commercial centers. Upon arrival, this advantage was immediately apparent. The hotel’s location is, without question, its strongest asset, offering seamless access to shopping, dining, and public transit, making urban exploration effortless. For travelers prioritizing convenience, this factor alone justifies the hotel's tariff. However, the initial impression upon entering the lobby suggested a property that has seen better days. While clean, the decor felt dated, evoking a late-90s charm that contrasted sharply with the modern, minimalist aesthetic often found in newer competitors. The check-in process itself was a mixed bag. The front desk staff, whose demeanor was cheerful and professional—were quick, efficient, and clearly well-versed in the standard procedures. They provided a refreshing welcome after a long journey. The slight delay, which was attributed to a last-minute room.

Location-wise, a good hotel to stay in if you have errands around Kapitolyo or Ortigas. The place is clean, and the staff from the door attendants to the front desk and housekeeping are approachable and friendly. Overall, the stay is good, especially the city view rooms!
