We had a superb experience at Ace Hotel & Suites! My partner and I were impressed by how pleasant and courteous all the staff were, from check-in to check-out. Everything went smoothly, with minimal waiting time, and all the details and instructions were explained clearly. The water spa was very relaxing, and my parents truly enjoyed it as well. We also appreciated the hotel’s staff, facilities, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was also a 5/5 experience! The food was delicious, and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. Everything made our stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you, Ace Hotel & Suites, for making our stay such a wonderful experience. 🫶🏻✨

Second time staying here. Totally worth it. Staff were nice and very accomodating. They gave a little something for our anniversary. :) We had a very relaxing stay at their hotel and spa facility. Food was also good. We also used their KTV facility. Updated song database and well maintained equipment. All-in-all we had a awesome stay and will definitely be back again.

Upon check-in, Sobrang bilis lang ng check-in process, wala silang hininging security deposit. Binigyan kami ng free Ace Water Spa tickets good for two adults! For the kids naman, HALF lang yung binayaran namin. Ang rate for kids, seniors, and PWD is ₱380 per person. They also gave us a 20% discount coupons, magagamit nyo to kung may extra paying adults kayong kasama.
