Yunnan Day trips

The tour was very well arranged, with Tom coordinating everything through WeChat. The driver picked us up early at 6.30am to avoid the crowds. First, we went to pick up the oxygen bottles before proceeding to the first location, blue moon valley, reaching at approximately 7.15-7.30am. En route, we saw huge crowds queuing for tickets. Once we reached blue moon valley, the driver did not follow us in but gave us very detailed instructions on what to do. We also paid for the mini shuttles to bring us around (~40 yuan). After that, we were supposed to meet the driver at the tourist centre but as the rest of my group have not returned, my guide instructed me to head up to the mountain first. Again, he sent specific instructions and the QR code which will be used for the cable car rides and the Lijiang impression performance. Overall, the itinerary was well-planned and there were sufficient time for us to explore the places on our own and the whole process was seamless.

This was my second time visiting Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and this Klook tour made it way better than my first solo trip. The driver was skilled and safe, navigating the winding mountain roads smoothly. The guide took us to a less touristy spot for lunch with amazing local Yunnan dishes—way better than the overpriced restaurants near the entrance. We had plenty of time to explore each spot, no rushed photo ops. Perfect for travelers who want a relaxed day out

We really enjoy this day tour which was well arranged and planned from end to end. Our tour guide, 海导 is very informative, friendly and thoughtful. Lunch included is also good. The scenery of Stone forest is really amazing. Dianchi Lake is just for bird watching

The guide was exclusively in Chinese. Just use a translator app. He really took care of our meals (requesting halal or vegetarian if the former not available).The was amazing, the stone forest time to explore was a little short (we requested to explore ourselves since we didn't understand the guide anyway - about 1 hour 15 min)

This one-day tour to Shangri-La was absolutely fantastic! Our driver drove smoothly, planned the route perfectly, and was punctual and thoughtful throughout the trip—he even volunteered to share insights about the scenery and local culture along the way. The travel agency’s pre-trip communication was efficient and seamless, with a well-organized itinerary that never felt rushed. We fully experienced the grandeur of Tiger Leaping Gorge, the tranquility of Napa Lake, and the charm of Dukezong Ancient Town. The staff responded promptly to all our questions, making the entire journey stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Yunnan!

Tiger Leaping Gorge, Shangri-La, and Songzanlin Monastery were all great. The ethnic dance and performance I saw while having lunch after the Dukezong and Buckwheat Fields tour were especially impressive.

We had an amazing experience with our tour guide William today. He was thorough, attentive and very knowledgeable regarding Lijiang. We had a great time and he showed us all the best places to visit within Lijiang. We cannot recommend him enough to other visitors. I memory trip was also very helpful with booking our ropeway tickets despite it being a busy holiday period. William also spoke great English and was able to help us communicate to the locals. We had an amazing experience with the company and our tour guide William and we will recommend them to our friends and families in the future.

My friends and I loved the private tour!! Our driver, 茶金, was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the tour, amazing music choices too. He suggested places for us to go and even recommended us a place for lunch that was well known and loved by locals! The restaurant specialised in local Bai Ethnic Group cuisine and it was amazing, one of the best meals we had. I highly recommend booking your private tour from them, it will be definitely memorable and super worth it as it covers most of the internet famous and must go places in Dali.
