Amazing experience with the team of 3 (2 guides + driver) led a bus group of 49pax, all public signed ups. Interesting to note that none of the 3 are Norwegian. ;). What’s more important is that they know where to take us to catch Ms Aurora dancing! All pictures are captured by iPhone 16. This is my 3rd time seeing Northern lights (1st Iceland, 2nd Finland), Tromso’s experience is hands down! Breathtaking!

Both guides were great. Although the weather wasn't ideal that day, they actively looked for locations where we could see the Northern Lights, and we were ultimately able to see them. Both guides were also very helpful in taking photos, and the photos turned out beautifully. After the aurora chase, the guides helped prepare hot food and hot chocolate. Highly recommend this tour!

The scenery itself is really nice, especially the fjord views, and the price feels reasonable considering how expensive things are here. The fish soup that was included was also a nice surprise and definitely added value to the experience.
That said, one downside was the group composition. About half of the participants were from China, many of whom didn’t speak English, didn’t follow the guide’s explanations, and talked loudly during the tour. It did affect the overall atmosphere and made it harder to enjoy the guide’s commentary.
I think it would be much better if the tour operator could separate groups by language or travel style, as different guests clearly have different expectations. Overall, the tour itself is worth doing, but the experience would be improved with better group arrangements.

the experience of driving around at night, hunting for auroras wherever possible, is thrilling! our guide/driver/photographer, Louai, is an expert in what he does, and makes sure every participant is well-served. the photos also came out wonderful, with no hidden/surprise charges

Our guide Andreas went above and beyond for our trip, even extending our trip past 3pm to show us a 3-metre polar bear artefact. Throughout the bus ride, Andreas continuously gave a great overview of everything you need to know about Tromsø. The lunch served included a choice of baguette (salmon/ham & cheese), a delicious browned cheese waffle, and some hot drinks. This was such a beautiful and unique experience. Fjords were stunning, weather was cooperative , and the overall experience was pleasant. I would highly highly recommend 🙏🏻

Good location, the breakfast is superb, I like the wafer! the parking is abit expensive, and it is underground and limited space, challenging if u have a big car.
