Aside from an hour-long wait due to the incompetence of a new front desk employee on their first day, it was good. That employee seems to need a lot of on-the-job training.

I mistakenly booked the wrong date for my one-day trip, so I frantically made a reservation the day before, but I was able to book an oceanfront room cheaper than other sites. Also, I requested a microwave in the comments, and they set it up as requested. The room was ready and I was able to check in after 12 PM, which was a great help.

Great location, 2 blocks from the beach, and right across from a Tagert for convenient shopping and dining. I booked a room with breakfast included, but I honestly recommend skipping the breakfast option. It's not a buffet, so it gets repetitive every day. According to the staff, they stopped offering the buffet after COVID. Other than that, everything else was great.

After comparing all the Kualoa Ranch tours, I ultimately chose the Bus Tour. I initially thought it would be a quick, superficial overview, but the driver/guide extended the 1.5-hour tour to 2 hours, providing information about movie locations and various animals and plants along the way (note that this is entirely in English). Perhaps to differentiate it from other tours (such as horseback riding, UTV, etc.), the movie locations or stops were different. For example, the Bus Tour didn't stop at the Jurassic World location, which was a bit disappointing, but it did stop at the Kong: Skull Island set. Overall, I highly recommend it. Although it might be hard to understand if you haven't seen many of the movies, Kualoa Ranch is truly beautiful. Even without recognizing the movie locations, the scenery is stunning, and the Bus Tour is much cheaper than other tours. Overall, recommended.

Right in front of the group exit after immigration, just tell them your name at the HIS counter. Quick departure! The reception staff and driver are very kind 👍. I used Uber to return, but I recommend this bus if you're traveling alone!

I'm satisfied. The guide was friendly and it was fun. My butt was a little sore, but it was fun riding the electric bike while looking at the wonderful scenery! There were many tours, but I think I made a really good choice by choosing the bike. I'm satisfied. lol

Amazing. So well done with loads to see. Incredible history. The spot were the surrender was signed is unique.

This was the perfect choice for our last night in Hawaii. The staff were all friendly and the food was delicious. I especially recommend the melon 😎. The show was entertaining, and it was fun getting to dance with everyone. I didn't get much seasickness, and it was great to be out there with the romantic sunset. I think this is a must-do for any trip to Hawaii. It was the best activity we did during our time in Hawaii, and the tour was worth every penny.
