Whether you book your bus tickets in advance or last minute, the process is easy. Step 1: Purchase your tickets in Klook. Step 2: Open your email containing a voucher with a QR code. Step 3: Show your QR code to a ticket agent and convert your voucher into physical tickets. Step 4: Find your bus and schedule on one of the many large display screens near the waiting area. Step 5: Line up on the curb in front of the correct bus. Step 6: If you have luggage, large ones will be loaded under the bus. Smaller carry-on luggage must be stored in the luggage rack once you enter the bus. Personal bags must be kept with you. Step 7: Enjoy Korea!

we're in dongdaemun and very convenient to go in pick up location. you can track the bus and very on time. our travel was smooth and comfortable. the bus driver will help you in your luggage or things.

Our driver James as an absolute gem. He arrived early at our hotel, communicated to us beforehand. Chatted with us as he drove and shared facts about the area and the places we visited. We did Alpaca World, then Nami Island then Gangchon Rail Bike.

Mr. Lee was very nice and kept us updated on our booking. He sent the car and driver details ahead of time. We arrived 1:30am and he greeted us with a welcome banner with my name during the airport arrival meet up. He assisted us with our 5 large luggages and made sure that everything was loaded securely in the vehicle. The car was clean and smells fresh. Took us 45 mins from Incheon to Seoul and he drove responsibly to ensure our safety. It was 5°C outside, but the temp inside the car was perfect and the kids were comfortable. This booking was definitely worth every penny.

The bus stop and reception are located on the 2nd floor of the building next to COEX Mall. You can get there from the B1 level of the mall. Follow the information map that says "airport limousine bus," and you'll find an elevator that takes you to the 2nd floor. There is a timetable next to the reception desk, so tell the reception your desired time and show them your Klook voucher to get your ticket issued. I arrived earlier than expected, and I was about to wait leisurely when the driver said there were seats available, so he put me on an earlier bus by one hour. Thanks to that, I arrived at the airport about 40 minutes earlier than planned, so I was able to relax with plenty of time to spare. It was easy to purchase through Klook because I was able to purchase without hesitation at the ticket machine.

Absolutely the best way to travel from the Incheon Airport to Seoul! It's super easy to show the QR code and get your ticket, walk outside and step onto a business class seat on a fast bus to your destination. I will definitely be using this bus every time in the future.
