It was a great day of fun from start to finish! Transport was on time and it was clean & comfortable. Our guide, Aiden, was friendly and welcoming. Strawberry picking was really calm & relaxing and we were lucky to be the only group there. Guide Aiden briefed us on how to pick the strawberries and it was free & easy thereafter. Then, we were brought indoors to eat our strawberries and try some homemade strawberry jam, which was really delicious and we bought some:) Then, our guide drove us to Snowy Land. He made sure we had the right gears on, got our tickets, directed us to the entrance and it was free & easy time! Before entering, there is a good variety of food & other activities to play as well. In Snowy Land itself, there’s a good amount of sledding area and space to play with snow! There’s also a rest area to chill with small food items available. Once done, he came to pick us up. Journey back was smooth and relaxing! Thank you for bringing us safely from place to place:)

The tour was great. The driver showed us exactly how to go ice fishing and I caught 3 fishes in the shortest amount of time that morning. He also offered to take photos during the day. It’s too bad the weather didn’t allow ice sledding which was not included. Overall it was a fun tour!

it was a great idea choosing the night tour, as its winter and very cold 5 hours at the park was perfect, the park wasn’t full so there was barely any waiting time for rides, had the best new years eve ever with the amazing kpop demon hunters fireworks show just before the park closed, such a memorable day.

🌄 Our day trip to Seoraksan was absolutely amazing and very informative! Ruby/Yunjoo guided us perfectly throughout the trip — she helped plan an efficient and enjoyable itinerary, recommending the best spots to visit in Seoraksan National Park.
After exploring the beautiful mountain, we continued to Sokcho Market, where Ruby suggested delicious local foods for us to try. She even accompanied us to the main street. After that we headed to our last stop, Sokcho Beach. The weather and the view were just perfect, and Ruby kindly helped us take beautiful photos to remember the day.
As a tourist unfamiliar with Korea, I was really grateful for Ruby’s help. She not only guided us throughout the trip but also shared many great local recommendations — from food and souvenirs to cosmetic shops and hidden gems.

I had such a fun and delicious time on the Kyochon Chicken tour! 🍗✨ It was exciting to visit a new location and experience Korea’s famous chicken culture from the inside. The hands-on part was simple - we only brushed the sauce onto the chicken 🎨🍗 but I completely understand that this is for safety reasons so guests don’t get hurt by hot oil 🔥😊 Even though the tour was more tasty than educational, I honestly enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere was super friendly, the staff were kind and helpful, and everything was organized really well 🤗💛 It felt light, fun, and perfect for anyone who wants to relax, laugh, and eat great food 😋✨
Overall, it was a delicious and memorable experience - definitely a 5star tour from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💫

Gary is excellent - he shares a lot of anecdotes about the history of Korea and is very generous in finding out the availability of some places and share with us what we can do there. He went the extra mile when we had time after visiting a traditional market to bring us to another popular site not in the itinerary. We enjoy being with him cos he also brings us around and helps us get the tickets etc and we exchange conversations about our countries easily. Gary truly value adds and goes beyond - we will definitely like to have him as our driver and guide again. His vehicle is also very clean and comfortable - luxurious! Thank you Gary for making our experience memorable and we will definitely get you again!

Scan the QR in klook voucher at the entrance machine (next to the aquarium) and show the slip to the receptionist. Put your shoes in the box + enter the bathing section. Bring your own toiletries or you may purchase on site (4000won). Staff will brief you what to do inside the bathing section and the scrub expert will look for you once they see you washed and cleaned up. Just observe and follow the crowd.

The Dongmyo location is clean, but the full body scrub package doesn't include shampoo or a bath towel, which is inconvenient as you have to pay extra. It would be best to clarify this or include it all! You have to reserve sleeping spaces in advance... Overall, it's okay.
