Great way to see Manila and Makati! Hostess was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to assist with taking photos esp since I was a solo traveller. Enquire first whether the trip cost includes both Manila and Makati on the same journey. I didn't know that, so I booked it for separate days; Manila one day, Makati the next. If I did the trip today, on a Saturday, I could've killed two birds with one stone and save money. The Makati trip is from 10am-12pm. Manila trip from 1-7pm. All round, a lovely day to see Manila by bus, places I probably would not have seen on my own. A definite time-saver. Would encourage tourists to do this HOHO bus tour.
Had a good tour of the cultural and Makati side of Manila. Tour on Saturday lasted from 10am to 7pm. Very thorough coverage.
I booked a tour with Klook one day, To see Manila in a special way. A hop-on, hop-off bus was my ride, Through the city's heart, I did glide.

08/30/24 The Hop on Hop bus scheduled at 1300 at the entrance of Pedro Gil Robinson Mall hasn't arrived yet until now. I've been here waiting for the bus tour for an hour. Your service sucks👎👎👎Never again I will book your bus tour.
Dear Klook, We are complaining with regards this tour. Please take time to look this up. We booked our client for a HOHO bus for Jan 18 at 1000HH. Our guests are sent to the meeting place before 0900HH but the bus never showed up. They waitied for hours. Please do contact us immediately for actions. Contact number provided never rang. Email is sent to the hoho travel bus. But there was no reply from them.
The bus never showed up. A total waste of money. I reported it to the customer support but they were too busy and never got back with a refund. This taught me NOT to use the app to book anything else.
I could find were it was had no address to locate it add less would have been good not just business hub
It's so bad. They even sent an email saying it was cancelled, but they even lied and said I was participating. Damn it!
