One of the best thing is that the location is just within the Ocean Park. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Specially at the front desk. The room was cleaned it's just that we hope that every room has a water dispenser since they don't want water bottles. Our roo was located at the end of the isle and the dispenser was at the middle of the hallway. We didn't had a chance to visit other facility of the hotel. But all in all we had a great stay.

Everything was great except. we enjoyed our stay, except for their breakfast buffet. It needs a lot of improvemenr and more selection of foods.

The people at the front desk are very welcoming. The housekeeping are also very nice. The only problem during our stay is the Wi-Fi. It’s not working in our room, the phones and even on tv.

need to improve with cleanliness when we enter the room the smell is like old molded towel. check in is 2pm, we arrived before 5pm and we waited for almost an hour before we can enter the room we we’re not able to experience the pool. the airconditioner is always error. but over all it’s okay with the price. we’ll still go back to try again

receptionist Ms. Pauleen was so good at helping us find the best room. she is so kind, give the right mood to clients/guests and Helpful! hotel location: the best breakfast: not a 5 ⭐️ as bfast dont have meals that you expect in the 1st meal of the day esp of the silogs. They do not have that. Dining crews are not so assistful in giving us hot water ang boiled egg. if you have infants, you have to be prepared for whats not here.

T'was such an amazing and unforgettable stay at this Hotel. The whole family enjoyed their full amenities and all the staffs are very friendly and accommodating all throughout our stay. We had the Aqua Family Room and it was so relaxing and mesmerizing seeing fishes in their aquarium wall. All the toiletries are well-served and the room service was great too. What's also best in our stay is that we got the free aqua park passes on our first day, and the fish spa is super nice experience too. I might say that this hotel is Highly recommended to stay here for your next travel.

We had a wonderful experience during our 21-hour stay at Hotel H2O, especially in the Aqua Room. It was comfortable, relaxing, and perfect for either a short or long stay. What made our stay even more special was celebrating our toddler's 2nd birthday. She absolutely loved it! She couldn't take her eyes off the aquarium and was fascinated by all the fishes 'coz she loveeees fishes! Seeing her so happy and excited made the experience even more memorable for us. Thank you, Hotel H20, for making our little girl's birthday extra special! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Hotel H20 to others, especially families looking for a unique and memorable staycation experience.
